This property has been in the family since the 1930s. We maintain the property for wildlife. We have hunted the property, enjoy the views, and the privacy of the woods. Lots of wildlife stay on the property year round. We maintain feeders for wildlife to be enjoyed. If your quite and still you may get a glimpse of the spectacular wildlife.Site 1 RV spot is 25’x50’ with full hook up and WiFi. Water, electricity ( 50amp) and sewer provided. Texas skyline view included. Long term available.

Tiny little RV spot
We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Beautiful night sky. Maybe a little leveling of the site but that, honestly, is just nit picking. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfy Shelter from the Cold

The trailer was perfect for my needs and I was able to access the internet which proved useful. I got a lot of reading and writing done at the kitchen booth. Coffee pot worked great as did the microwave and small fridge. I enjoyed my walk on the property, but a map to give me some idea of how far I could go and where the pond and other features were located would have helped. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well, which was important on these cold 2 days.
