There is an old quarried stone railroad bridge and a few short walking trails around the pond. The pond is at the back of the property where I have 6 dry camp sites listed as Uncle B's farm for tents or self contained RV's. All sites have partial to full shade and most have mature trees that will work for a hammock or tensile tent. All of the campsites have a firepit, some with cooking grates and all sites have a picnic table. The "shower shack" is shared by all guests and has 2 separate 3/4 baths with all modern plumbing. There is also a basic outdoor kitchen with a few portable grills as well as a sink with modern plumbing. Available at Uncle B's RV Camper site I have 3 RV sites with water and 30 Amp electrical hookups. My "Ready Set Camp" listing is a dome tent set up and furnished with 4 cots, table, and lamp as well as a match ready fire. The Barn loft apartment is a studio apartment with a small galley kitchen and private bath. The Hippie Bus is new for the 2025 season and offers a trip back in time. The resort is beautiful. Lots of room to explore. My children loved swinging creekside in the hammocks. The camp was usually closed for the season, but due to warmer weather had stayed open a little longer, so some amenities were unavailable. However, the host Garret was very accommodating and we had a great experience still. It’s only a short drive to Mt. Rushmore, and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. We would stay again! Thank you!

Stunning views, super kind hosts, secluded but close to civilization. The sunrises are stunning - especially when you're able to hike the public trail right next to the property. We stayed at Site 2 - backed right up to their barn, but it seems to be a storage barn and doesn't have daily use. Owners are very kind and easy to communicate with. Site 1 and 3 are next to each other, but would not hesitate to stay there our next time around either. Quiet spot to hangout in between adventures. Highly recommend this spot!

It continued through late Wednesday Thursday was beautiful and I left Friday but it is a good sized camp surrounded with pine trees a nice facility. 3 nights at Badlands Hotel & Campground

Great location for everything Badlands! Make sure to see the Ampitheater with Ranger & Stars event every night at 8pm at the visitors center! Just don't try to do laundry while you are there... The hotel has to wash their linens in the same location... Didn't have a chance to get any laundry completed while staying there...
