We are less than 5 minutes from the entrance to Paris Mountain State Park which boasts amazing hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. Our property is situated along a popular cyclist route and only five miles to downtown Greenville. Be sure to bring your bike! Learn more about this land:One can expect a wonderful wilderness experience at Earthganic Farm’s riverside camping. The path down to the sites is drivable in a truck, SUV, or van. There’s always the option to park up at the house and walk down (it’s a ten minute walk from the house to the river) and if you let us know ahead of time, we can bring your camping stuff down for you. We have two single kayaks that we rent for $15/day and you can put them in right on property and kayak up and down the river. There are walking/dirt biking trails through pine forest and nice hardwoods down by the river. The brave can take dips in the river. Just down the street there is a boat access ramp for canoes, kayaks, and flat bottom boats.

We are on 3 acres at the base of Paris mountain, only 2 miles outside Travelers Rest, but it feels like you're in the middle of no where. 15 minutes to Greenville, 6 miles to Furman University, and right on one of the main bicycling roads. We have an on site private workout studio with plenty of equipment, including bike trainers (in case it's raining). There are lots of chickens on site so you can have free range eggs.

Fishing and Tent Camping on a beautiful privately owned naturally spring feed 2.5 Acre pond. Pond fully stocked with Catfish, Yellow Carp, Buffalo Carp, Bass, and Brim. We do allow eating size catfish under 5lbs to be taken from lake. Large catfish and all other types of fish are catch and release only. No fishing license required. Typically caught fish weigh in at 20lbs plus. Some catfish as large as 80lbs. Enjoy peacefully fishing all night with your friends and family on a lighted fully stocked pond. This was an excellent spot. It was very private since it was the only spot and secluded. The host was excellent. Bring you own utilities but it did It have a good clean pit toilet. There were plenty of tables and a large fire pit with a good view. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to 3 Creeks Camp and Nature Preserve
Damon was a nice host that offered assistance when needed. I stayed in the Creek Campsite and it was a joy! The property is beautiful and he has a web that was nice to sit on and look at the stars. Easy to navigate in and out of the site (even with a little sedan). Only stayed for one night, but it just so happened to be a night full of music and a light show.

This is the second time going to Camp Clatworthy and it was just as serene as last time. Plenty of firewood on hand, a clean primitive site, and one heck of a view. Though I wasn't as successful as last time, Lake Legion is a perfect spot to bass fish. I recommend bringing a kayak or canoe and go explore it.

Second time staying at Camp Site #2. It’s become our favorite place to be with our family of 4. We love the privacy of the site, the level space for our large tent, the river that’s a perfect mix of stones and sand, and the closeness of having the bathroom/shower building. It fits the bill for our family! Craig is always so responsive so that adds peace of mind should anything come up. We always use a sound machine to sleep so if there was any road noise, we aren’t bothered at all. Can’t wait to go back again!

We booked the hillside campsite at the last minute as we were driving south and were so impressed with the property! It was quiet, secluded and perfect for our overland rig. There was even a clean and well built pit toilet close by. We explored all the other campsites by he river and were blown away! John has created the perfect family spot and thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Aleah and Mark were friendly, kind, and made our hipcamp experience even better. Aleah gave us great recommendations for both Greenville and Travelers Rest. The site was secluded and clean. It had a fire place, and was a 2-3min walk from where our car was parked. The canopy of trees around our visit was beautiful, the creek was nice- we found tiny fish and frogs. We initially booked 1 night and decided to stay another.

Directions to the site were clear. I had a nice time solo camping. John was very friendly and delivered firewood right to the pit. The site was big and well kept. You cant get in the water from the Riverbank site, but there are a couple of boat ramps that you can use. I was the only one out camping so it was extra quiet and peaceful. On my last morning I discovered my truck battery was dead. Luckily I caught John in time before he left for work and he gave me a jump. Nice guy. I will be back.

Very private camping area which is exactly what I am looking for. Plenty of wood for the campfire which makes me want to return since that has been a problem at other places. Just have to be aware of the slight incline at the campsite which makes it interesting while trying to sleep but that is not a deterrent for me.
