Our 62 acre farm in nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close to 3 amazing historical cites, Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah!
Our sites offer beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with 2 full private baths. Washer and dryer, 30 amp hookups and water.
We could even accommodate your equine friends if needed!

We have 21 acres in the sand hills of Calhoun county just outside Columbia S C. Apply named Too Many Oaks Plantation, a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy time in your hammock reading by day and a roaring bonfire by night, We are planting a small mixed fruit orchard and building a chicken coop and garden to enjoy fresh eggs and whatever is in season.
Close to Columbia ( 30 minutes ) for a nice trip to the zoo or a float down the Saluda River with Adventure Carolina. A perfect mix of nice and quite but still close to town. Also just in Synchronous fireflies, which are fireflies that gather and flash their lights at the same time as part of a mating ritual, are expected to light up the Congaree National Park in May. An incredible marsh front oasis. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and stars as far as the eye can see. A plethora of wildlife can be seen here. Don’t get too close to the pond, our resident alligator (Allen) is close to 9’ long! We also have active honeybee hives. Fireflies can be seen during the summer months. Bug spray is highly encouraged during warmer months.
Due to the absence of light pollution many long exposure milky way pictures have been taken!

The lights strung in the trees made it very obvious which site was which. The trees made it feel very private and it wasn't too far from the national park. Great place to camp!

Weekend Trip to Sweetwater Lake Campground
The tent is great and spacious with an inflatable queen size mattress, fresh sheets and blankets, a heater and electricity. There are hammocks and other trees close enough for you to set up your own if you prefer. There is also a fire pit and they will give you firewood if you’re in need of more for free. The bathhouse is also great with a shower, sink and toilet. We didn’t use a ton of the stuff available due to some bad weather but overall we had a great time and enjoyed it very much. We will be back!

I've stayed here multiple times and each time has been a pleasure. Quiet, easy access, DONKEYS, cows! Last couple times we only saw the livestock from a distance, this time they came up and introduced themselves too us as they were checking on camp. What a pleasant experience to have morning coffee with a ?mini? Donkey. :)

The Sanctuary at Edisto river is amazing! I originally booked just a few days during Christmas, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay through New Years. Dustin was very welcoming and engaging, while also giving us space to enjoy the property.
My favorite parts were:
- The beautiful outdoor shower with a rain shower head.
- Access to FREE laundry in an inviting and well designed bath house.
- The Gazebo was fabulous! Loved relaxing on the sectional couch while watching TV and enjoying the beautiful view of the river and large patio.
I would 100% go back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique glamping experience.

Lovely little campground with a nice walking trail, clean restrooms and laundry. We spent one day at Santee State Park and another at Congeree National Forest which were within 40 minutes. The animals are clean, well cared for and a delight to meet.

Blacks Fish Camp is a gem. It’s in excellent condition with a bathroom/shower as nice as they come. We will definitely be return customers! All the firewood you need, a covered area for meals with a grill. Just perfect.
