Minutes to Rhododendron Park, Patton/Jackson, and Lil Bradley Falls.

Please note that due to the campground being in low-lying land, the drive in is subject to being slick and muddy, 4WD is required. Message us with any questions.
Due to the property proximity to the river and situated in floodway, the sites are subject to flooding during heavy rain events. Voluntary and/or mandatory evacuation may be necessary during any reservation due to high waters or forecast for high water events. If evacuation is necessary, unused portions of reservation will be refunded.
Campers are advised to be self-sufficient with water and shower facilities. We do provide a port a potty and firewood is for sale on site (Venmo, PayPal or cash). IF YOU ARE CAMPING WITH A RV OR TRAILER, PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS A SITE. All sites can accommodate smaller RV camper units. However, larger RV's have limited site availability.
Campsites are situated along the river edge. Embankments are steep and near deep water. Although not prohibited, constant supervision for children is a must to avoid serious injury due to natural hazards.

Very peaceful location. Look for the stone steps on river left when approaching the campground. Plenty of firewood to find. The picnic tables need a little love but all in all we would definitely return again.

This is such a prime location - right on the bike trail and a stones throw from the brewery and coffee shop. Plus an easy mile stroll to downtown Hendersonville. The spot is wide open so not for those who want seclusion. Also, don’t bother with firewood, just stroll a couple hundred feet to brewery and their fire pits.

My family and I stayed here as we were paddling on the French Broad Paddle Trail. The site was well maintained with mowed grass, fire rings, and picnic tables. The site was very spacious and the host was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had.

Great flat spot with a picnic table, small fire ring, and elevated toilet. Watching the moonrise from Site 2 was spectacular. Lots of wonderful wildlife (deer, screech owl, frogs, etc).
The steps up to the site are shielded in the trees so watch carefully on river left when you're getting close if approaching from the river side.

Lovely view of the river, and the drive through the cornfield was fun! It rained and I saw why 4wd was necessary. Campsites are a little close together but still relatively private.

STAY HERE!!! What a magical and special place; along with a wonderful host. As we pulled in we were greeted by 20-30 guineas, a few deer hopping across a meadow, and a massive snapping turtle (it almost felt set up with how perfect the welcome party was). The land was beautiful and the sites were in shaded areas. Will definitely be coming back here.
Perfect location for Pisgah National Forest, especially if you don’t wanna deal with the crowds or a park ranger breathing down your neck.

Holly View Farm fills a niche in Brevard. Camping that is not far from town and super close to Pisgah. This low price-point campground is bare bones, but exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The bathouse is rustic, for sure, but if it was fancy then the price point would be higher. If you want peace, serenity and access to wonderful hiking and biking then this is the place for you. Tracie was VERY responsive and great to work with.
