We really enjoyed The Silos Brewery in Easley (6 minutes away) and a short drive (20 minutes) to downtown Greenville. We are already planning our return trip. Melissa and Adam have a little slice of heaven at their Coweeta Creek Campground! Our Premium Campsite #1 was right by the creek and with plenty of space between us and site #2. Trees, bushes, and hostas keep the landscape natural feeling. And our dog loved playing in the water! Neighbors are a good distance away, which helps you feel like you're away from it all. The site had great access to wi-fi, power, and water as stated in the description. We only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Steve has thoughtfully planned out and anticipated every need you could have on his land. Shower, cleaning table, dry firewood, fire pit, a swing set for the kids, fenced in Hipcamp for the pets, soft, green and manicured grass surrounded with trees for privacy, away from the road, quiet, clothes line, electric, potable water - everything!!! Look no further for your next Hipcamp in North Carolina - enjoy so many beautiful places to explore within 20-30 minutes! Plenty of green grass - level - for tents also!

This was a beautiful secluded spot where my husband and our two dogs stayed. Even with a little rain we had so much luck fishing and just truly enjoyed all the time spent there! We will definitely go back!

Patrick is an excellent host. Very attentive. Camp site was recently cleared nicely for our arrival with fresh cut grass. Toilet was clean and stocked with paper and hand sanitizer. Well marked camp with posted sign easily seen from river. Fire wood available. Amber responded immediately to questions on hip camp app. Patrick answered all questions regarding the camp site and river conditions.

Weekend Trip to Serenity on the Saluda

This was me and my boyfriend’s first time camping and we absolutely loved camping on John’s property! He was very kind and helpful. Very spacious and private area. There is a lot of space and privacy between you and the RV/Tent camp site. There are a couple spots to fish and the river was so calm and peaceful. This was the perfect campsite, and even for us rookies it was the perfect amount of primitive. The outhouse was clean and well kept as well. It’s closer to the Tent Site than the RV/Tent site if you are wondering. Less than 10 minutes to town if there’s anything that you forgot to bring. We loved it and are already ready to go back!

A great and easy stay. Very level gravel pad with full hook up. He even had extra parts for us if we needed them. Rockstar! Super friendly hosts, and we loved waking up to the Rooster. Plenty of space to park our 28 ft TH, our 1500 Chevy, and set up a sitting area. Thank you for the hospitality!

Once you are at the campground you won't want to leave the beauty of the creek! Strong Wifi is available at all sites. Network password will be provided before arrival. Property History: Coweeta Creek Campground WAS a 20 site, thriving, family/church oriented campground from the 1970's that was later sold, then neglected. My family purchased in 2022 and are are opened a few camping sites for a more family friendly, intimate setting. *Please send us a message if you are interested in renting out the entire property for family reunions, birthdays, or other events. Campsites are adjacent to the French Broad River. Excellent fishing and boating. It is heavily populated by deer and other wildlife. For this reason, dogs must be kept on a leash. Please note that due to the campground being in low-lying land, the drive in is subject to being slick and muddy, 4WD is always recommended. Message us with any questions. Due to the property proximity to the river and situated in floodway, the sites are subject to flooding during heavy rain events. Voluntary and/or mandatory evacuation may be necessary during any reservation due to high waters or forecast for high water events. We love the outdoors so you may see us outside. Two dogs maximum. They must be kept on leash. Fenced dog area can be used as long as you clean up after your dog. Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended in the fenced yard, we want to keep them safe at all times! Quiet time after 9pm. This is a family friendly/low-key listing. Please be mindful that this is our home. No parties. Two horses are on the property! They are very friendly, however please DO NOT feed them. The front side of the fence is not electric, however all the other sides of the fence are so please be aware. There is a picnic table, fire pit and outdoor lights to enjoy! Bring the bikes for the kids to ride on the very large driveway!! The back woods are in the process of being cleared. From the site you will see 2 piles of trees that are in the process of drying out to be burned. If you are looking for picture perfect, please keep this in mind.
