Journey's End Farm is a small family farm offering a diverse selection of ecologically grown vegetables, maple syrup, and free-range eggs. Everything that we sell is grown or produced on-site with the intention of nurturing the soil and ecology of the land. From 1939-2020 our family ran a summer sleep-away camp for children on the farm, with an emphasis on caring for each other and the land. Located in a small valley at 1400 feet of elevation, our fields and woods are home to a broad diversity of native plants and animals. Our family has been caring for this land since 1926, but before European colonization it was home to the Lenape people from whom it was forcibly taken. Acknowledging this fact and working to expand awareness of Indigenous cultures and their rights is important to us. While at the farm, besides the amenities listed in each listing, you are welcome to hike or walk around and explore our farm which has many acres of woodland, creeks, springs, a pond, and open fields. A hot day is a great time for a walk along - or in - the creek. A rainy day brings out the Red Efts - beautiful orange newts that are all over the woods when you know where to look. We're always glad to point you in the right direction for a nice walk or a longer hike. You may be able to tag along collecting eggs from the hens or feeding some of the other animals we may have.

Nestled outside the village of Stillwater, NJ right across the Appalachian trail and the Kittatinny Mountain Ridge, Camp David sports three luxurious log cabins: > Bell's Cabin- Main cabin that sleeps up to six > The Chatham House- Sleeps up to ten > Chief's Cottage- sleeps up to ten All cabins have their own separate listing and can be booked together or combined. The main cabin, Belle's Cabin, is made from hand hewed logs and is the only cabin furnished with a king size bed. All cabins come equipped with full bathrooms, updated kitchens, wood stoves, and the main cabin has a walkout porch on the second floor. All cabins have climate controlled heating/cooling units as well as hot water. Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. It was later donated to the Boy Scouts in the 1940’s. By the 2000’s, it was left abandoned at which time I purchased it and began to restore it back to its true form while maintaining the cabin life integrity. I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life. The camp consists of 13 acres abutted by 100's of acres of state park land. There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, and multiple park benches located throughout the property. The Beaver Lodge is a single-site glamping retreat tucked in the woods just outside Honesdale, PA. The site features two ponds and roughly five acres of quiet forest to yourself. Our site sits beside Spinner Pond. You'll arrive by a short wooded walk (about 3 minutes), or catch a ride in on the UTV — we're happy to shuttle guests and gear. All lodging sites have heating for your comfort and are available year round! The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October. In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. Contact us to coordinate for larger group bookings. Please note that a significant portion of county tax/fees and cancellation or change fees may be avoided by booking the base amount of people (4) and at a much later date adding extra guests. Guests NOT occupying canvas tent (lodging) and bringing their own tents should not be paying an occupancy tax but there is no provision for this in the app. We do not want our guests paying taxes -- that benefit no one but useless bureaucracy! This is the experience that you'll remember for years to come. Welcome to The Record Room - Built directly from our hands and our hearts, The Record Room borders the fine line of camping and glamping, with a wood-fired cedar hot tub and outdoor shower that feeds off a small artesian creek, a sauna tucked within the trees, overlooking scenic ridge, and solar-powered vinyl that plays inside and out across a vast selection of vintage, classic, and current albums. Back to our small creek, there are plenty of quaint spots to dip your toes. The Monguap River is close enough to see and hear, and the Delaware River is just 2 miles up the road, with rafting, kayaking, and canoeing companies all along it. A queen Tempur-Pedic bed, as well as an overstuffed futon, will take care of you come nightfall. The outdoor kitchen is built for cooking some real food - a flat-top grill, a single burner, a stainless steel grate grill, cast-iron pans, and all utensils, all powered by propane. A wood stove inside will handle the chilly mornings and brisk nights. We have a pool table under a custom-built pavilion just for your enjoyment. And last but certainly not least, our outhouse, which is maintained by the women of our family. We also have a nearby waterfall, which is as close as a three-minute drive down the road. The Hawks Nest lookout is under 10 minutes away. We recommend downloading a trail finder app, as once you arrive here, there will be zero service or wifi. Since we only have one bed and one futon, only four individuals can sleep comfortably, but we also have a couple of spots for your friend circle to set up some tents. Our mission is to get people back into the life we feel so disconnected from nowadays, and we provide the space to be able to do so. We highly recommend the firewood package, as it makes life much easier, unless you plan on picking through the woods on your property (which we totally support!)

This place was FABULOUS! A darling, cozy one-room cabin with all the comforts one could ask for. Shaggy went above and beyond from start to finish of our trip. Great communication, and they really thought of all the little things that make you go "oh wow!" and "so cool!". Shaggy even thought ahead of some rain that came in and brought us waterproof blankets for the outdoor couches (they dried super fast). Our dogs had a blast, great area to explore.

This cabin has 2 nice chairs on the porch, perfect for gazing at the waterfall! The vibe inside the cabin is more cozy and secluded and cottage-like than the Buckhorn cabin which is a bit brighter, more airy, and bigger. Both cabins have nice rugs in the middle! The Waterfall cabin is so fun to get to across the bridge! The bridge feels very safe. There is a big wheelbarrow cart with bike tires to get your things across the bridge. The portapotty was just serviced as we arrived, so that was very pleasant! It's right on the road side of the footbridge. The distance between this cabin and the Buckhorn cabin is perfect for reserving both cabins together, or being totally secluded due to the footbridge and distance, but you might see each other at the road/ portapotties. The cabin is in its own little world with an overlook clearing by the waterfall, and at least 2 tent sites for Waterfall Cabin folks down by the stream, and even a hiking trail! There is a steep hill going up from behind the cabin which adds to the privacy and secluded feeling. There is a concrete walkway that leads to the waterfall, with a handrail, which is fun as an overlook! Also, as fun activities, I highly recommend Mauch Chunk Lake (which Casey recommended to us!) for beach and kayak rentals! And Lehighton Outdoor Center for bike rentals on the Lehigh Gorge Rail Trail. Both about 20 minutes away.

This site is amazing! The creek right in front, the hammock, we brought a tube and floated and explored the creek, saw all kinds of animals, has 2 fire pits, a little wooden cooking station and the CLEANEST out house. Ryan is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! We literally can’t say enough nice things about him and we appreciated him being a fabulous host! If you want seclusion and a beautiful spot, this is an ABSOLUTE MUST!!!

Beautiful campsite & lovely host. We’ve been coming here since 2020 and this was our 5th stay. Honeysuckle and aster line the path to camp. Gorgeous river views. We can’t wait to come back next summer.

Weekend Trip to Camp Dietrich on Bear Creek

Camp Dietrich is such a special place. Scott and Christina are wonderful hosts and maintain a gorgeous campsite. Both times we camped here, it rained and it was still our absolute favorite time camping ever. I’m not a big camper typically, but there’s something magical about their woods, stream and waterfalls - it honestly looks like something out of a watercolor painting! The bathroom and kitchen areas are so nicely maintained and the tent itself is perfect. We can’t wait to come back and hope that we catch the rhododendrons in bloom this time!

Beautiful site! Such a lovely, out of the way area. Truly a serene and peaceful experience. Hosts were very kind and informative! Helped with our stuff and offered more than we could need. Cannot wait to visit again in the warmer months and get back in the water!

We loved the property and how nicely it has been managed by Kathleen. The glamping site was filled with serenity and it is much better than the pictures. The waterfall trail is the best place and it’s just 10 min walk. Thank you Kathleen for the wonderful experience.

3 nights at Riverhouse Farm

Had an absolutely wonderful time on the river with our dog. Easy access to the water so we could take the kayak out whenever we wanted. Saw plenty of large birds and fish, with a quick chance sighting of 2 bear cubs across the river! Would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for privacy and comfort- this was the first time staying in a canvas tent like this and I have to say it was a luxury I didn't realize I would enjoy so much. Looking forward to staying here again
