Two RV spots are situated together on a large private portion of land where you will be surrounded by cattle and horses. Creek runs along lower land. You are welcome to explore but please don't climb fences and make sure to keep gates closed. Verizon service can be weak sometimes. This is for those who want to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet in solitude. RV stocked with movies a couple puzzles and some games. Ask about farm fresh eggs. If the girls are laying, we would be more than happy to share. Small BBQ available. Bring your own corn hole boards, volley ball net, bikes and river toys. We have two livestock pens set up if traveling with horses. Water available. Bring your own hay. We have shared access to a private swimming hole on the Umpqua River(not on this property) less then 5 minutes away. Our land is near VA and Mercy Hospitals, Umpqua Community College, Umpqua fish ladder. Less then10 mins from down town Roseburg and DC fairgrounds.     5-2023 Update: Empty Tipi is now available to rent . Just text me details 🙏🏽🌺🤙🏽 We are working cleaning up forest for safety in fire season. Clearing dead and unhealthy trees and brush. Also looking to improving the land and making it healthy for the wild critters and more enjoyable for everyone. Apologies for any inconveniences it may cause while land is being restored and grass grows back in some spots. We've opened up a bigger space to the creek and going to Make bigger and better ponds and swimming holes. It's much needed. Thank you having patience with us as we are making improvements. It will make camping experience more enjoyable as well for the future. Also, We are putting up a 20' Tipi this weekend and we plan on fixing up the inside proper and will be renting it out to those interested in sleeping in a Tipi. It will most likely sleep 6-8 depending on bedding I can fit inside. Until then I'm happy to rent it out empty like a big tent. Sleeping 6-8 but you will need to bring your own cots, bedding etc. Just text me for details. We have tons of wildlife as well as animals here on the land. We have we have drum circles, sweats, gatherings, group bonfires where you can sit out around the fire and see every star in the sky . This was a Christmas tree farm years ago, and I have let it go natural. I’ve planted new trees and now we live amongst our own forests . We hope to one day have tree houses, earth ships, Tipis and log cabins to rent. We are open to RVs and fifth wheels but no plug-ins yet. We’re a work in progress So it’s tent camping for now . Hope you come and visit us There are Rv and 5th wheel spots but you must be self contained. This is our sacred and safe place we hope you come to visit and see the beauty we see every day. We are almost 20 acres of county and forests, about 24 miles NW of Famous Eugene Oregon, And we are nestled in between Fern Ridge reservoir and triangle Lake, headed to the Florance coast. We have 2 year round running creeks and 3 beautiful forests.  We are a work in progress, but we have a year-round working farm. We grow our own food, flowers and animals. We are currently working on a big outdoor kitchen, where we will have pizza ovens, canning facilities and a beautiful place to gather in the woods. Again still a work in progress. Some spots have fire pits. Again depending on time of year and heat conditions. Because we have so many trees, we have to make sure no fires are to close to any tree's. Again, please Ask before burning. No random burning unless oked by land owners. Thank you for for helping to keep everyone safe.   We have numerous ponds throughout the property and swimming holes. We turned the 4 stall barn into a music room where we gather and host events. Soon we will have designated Spots, equipped with fire rings. We will have teepees, tree houses, glamping tents. As of now we have room for numerous big groups spots for tent camping. Soon we’ll have plug-ins for RV and fifth wheel travelers.  We have alot of space to camp and still have your privacy. Currently we have an out house and hose shower and you can also use the potty Under the Star's. We provide Toilet paper and try to keep stocked but, just ask if outhouses are out of paper. There are lovely walking trails throughout the property and tranquil sitting areas. We will update our progress as it happens. Hope to see you soon.. Remember to bring your own cooking equipment like grills. There's a cleaning station near shower. Water is straight from the well and beautiful drinking water. Aloha Remember, Pack in Pack out any and all trash. Also please Use designated compost areas of only compostable foods. No Meats or meat grease. Please leave your camp site better then you found it and pick up any trash in your area.

    This is a really wonderful spot. Easy access off I 5. Peaceful and private with a beautiful little creek next to the campsite. Offers sunny areas and shade. The bathroom/shower is great. The host is fantastic, super friendly and helpful. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet Ellie, the sweetest dog girl in the world.

    Perfect serene stopover spot on a roadtrip! Private campsite by a creek PLUS a private full bathroom (electricity and plumbing!) up a little path. So cute! I will stop here every chance I get. Wonderful night’s sleep. Safe and quiet while only minutes from I-5. Unbelievably great find.

    We were very glad we showed up right before the sun went down. They are correct in saying it could be confusing to navigate. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Besides a little mud, the property is really outstanding, (And they can’t control the weather!) We loved the scenery, the privacy and being off grid for the night. LOVED IT! Thanks so much for adding to our adventure.

    The land is beautiful and Tim is an incredible host! He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay. We opted to camp through a major storm (don’t know for sure, but we received somewhere around 5 inches of rain in 48 hours while there. Our friends’ 5th wheel got stuck, but Tim and his boys were on it and didn’t quit until it was finally freed. I can’t think of anywhere else that could’ve happened and we wouldn’t have had to get outside help. We can’t wait to come back when the weather is better and fully enjoy this place, but we had one heck of an adventure and loved it.

    We had a great time on Tim's property. If you want privacy, this is the place to go! Beautiful, secluded meadow. We went in January and had the whole place to ourselves. It's kind of an up and down windy road to get back, but we navigated it with a 40' 5th wheel and had no issue.

    Besides that the yurt is as cute as a bug's ear, the land is breathtaking, as in Majestic! I think both my dog and I thought we'd died and gone to heaven. There is a gurgling stream that runs behind it, there are connecting meadows tucked in between very tall conifers and a sense of peaceful respectedness about the place. Must see to believe!

    We lucked out and had the whole place to ourselves. Perfect little getaway. The lights are a sweet touch. The yurt is cozy. Solar lights and propane heater (we didn’t need it) table and fire pit. Great instructions easy to find. Would love to stay again.

    Welcome to Sunset Bay Meadows! We have several tent/RV sites, a yurt, and one group camping site. Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

    Learn more about this land: One mile from I-5, you may pitch your tent or park your van near some fir trees at the edge of a small meadow bordering Elk Creek. Feel the restful flow of water bringing tranquility.  Follow hiking trails along the creek, through groves of trees, or play in the singing creek. There is another hiking trail to another portion of the creek to the right of the road that passes by the barn. A sign on an oak tree indicates the edge of the large mowed meadow that will take you to another sign for the trail to the creek. When entering the property at the county road, you’ll see a big Century Farm sign on the left at the driveway entrance. Continue past a brown machine shed followed by two apple trees on your left. Just beyond the apple trees is a sign on a big fir tree that points to where the campsite parking is located. Shaped like an arrow it points to the mowed path to the creek and campsite which you may drive down to arrive at the campsite. Uphill from the campsite is a trail going through a small copse of trees that leads up to the red barn. On the left at the entrance to the barn is a bathroom complete with sink and shower. Towels are not provided. Beneath the apple trees is a faucet with drink safety hose and a bucket for your use.
