On the bottom of the property there is a tree house, fire pit, and large grass field that could accommodate 20+ tents. Rarely camping there when campers are there but father is on site (the grey house) to assist if needed.

Water, electricity and sewer access are available. Please notify ahead of time for these services so we can turn them on before you arrive. This is a driveway large enough for most RVs to park and have close access to the Willamette River, University of Oregon campus, Autzen stadium, Downtown Eugene and Downtown Springfield. Bring your bicycles and you can be at the river path 1/2 mile down the street, and at Autzen stadium or OU campus in 15 minutes. It's a great way to beat traffic and parking!
