Inside you’ll find a kitchenette, pull out bed, and simple glamping-style bathroom. The backyard, screened porch, chimenea, and spa tub are all yours to enjoy year round.

You may see us doing light gardening, home maintenance, or letting the pups out but we always do our best to give you the right of way.
Other things to note:
Margaux is a queer household. All are welcome, but kindness and respect are required. Intolerance of any kind is not permitted.

You may see us doing some yardwork or taking the dogs out but we do our best to give you as much privacy as we can. We do live in an active neighborhood so a little noise is normal but minimal. We have three dogs and a cat who use the yard, so if you’re bringing a pet, make sure they’re friendly with other animals and leashed if needed. Mt. Tabor Dog Park is nearby for zoomies! Please help us keep the garden intact by making sure the is no digging or running through the plants.
Guest Policy & Smoking:
Only registered Airbnb guests may use the Airstream, yard, or hot tub. Smoking is allowed on the deck and please use the ashtray.
Bathroom & Kitchen:
The kitchen is small but has a stovetop, sink, and mini-fridge and is best for light meals. The bathroom has an RV toilet and handheld propane shower—please make sure you’re comfortable with these features.

We stayed for one overnight as a little getaway. We appreciated all the effort that has gone into getting guests oriented to the space (although a few things were a bit out of date - no need to turn the propane heaters on outside to get hot water now!) It’s a cute, quite compact airstream that felt a bit like staying in a vintage themed spaceship :)

My husband and I loved staying at Trent's cabin! We were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway where we could take long walks in the woods and relax in a comfortable cabin at night. I highly recommend; I’ve stayed in multiple b&bs + camping locations in Portland, and this has by far been the best. This hipcamp is everything — it’s beyond cute, it’s in a good location, it has all the major amenities, and has the warmest host. We felt so safe here and so creative. The size was perfect for two people and one tiny dog, and it’s obvious that a great deal of care has been integrated into every detail of this airstream.

This place is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous little creek that has small cascading waterfalls all the way down. Short, but steep hike up to the cabin.
Pack only the essentials.
You were just a short driveway from Great restaurants and a grocery store would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10 recommend.

We loved staying in Trent’s little cabin oasis! The bed was comfy, the hot tub was extremely fun and relaxing, the hammock was where my wife spent most of her time, while I spent my time cooking and playing fetch with our dog.
I’d certainly recommend this place to friends! The cooking supplies really helped, and there were little things like salt/pepper, the bedside fan, fresh water, ice, tiki torches, and coffee that made our stay even better.
Trent and his wife were super friendly with our dog, which we always appreciate! Thank you for having us!
