We had a fantastic stay with Burke and Shannon. Their property feels incredibly private, and it really gives you the sense that you’re tucked away in the woods while still being close to everything that makes the Welches area so special. A special shout-out to Lola, their dog. She was the sweetest gentle giant and somehow made us feel even safer during our stay. We looked forward to seeing her every day. The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by great hiking, beautiful parks, and several excellent fishing rivers just minutes away. We especially loved that there are a handful of unique local restaurants and bars within walking distance—something you don’t often find in a setting that feels this secluded. Overall, it was a great stay from start to finish. No complaints whatsoever, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
