We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting. Bring your tent or camper for extra room. Our campsite is nestled among the trees next to the river. There's lots to enjoy. Do you like hiking? Silver Falls State Park is only 36 miles away. Boating? You can put in your kayak/canoe at Gills Landing in Lebanon and float down the river back to the campsite. Fishing? Bring your fishing pole and try catch and release in our pond. Swimming? Take a swim in the cool water. Of course, you can just relax by the water's edge and enjoy the tranquility provided by the soothing flow of the river. This 192 sq. ft. cabin is very basic. For cooking there is a 24" Blackstone 2-burner griddle, and small propane cans are provided. Also, the cabin is furnished with a small supply of pots and pans. There is a battery that provides lighting, and phone charging is available in the cabin. During the cooler months, there is a small wood stove for heating, and firewood is provided. The cabin sleeps 2, but there is room for a camper and/or tents. This campsite is meant to be very simple, so you should plan on bringing whatever you may need/want for camping.

We are closed for the season to let our land rest and, well it gets pretty soggy around here in the winter months. We'll open up in again in April but, we're taking reservations for the 2026 season... Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock. Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City. This stay was exactly what we were looking for! We loved the farm kitty Kiki and the amenities! The hosts were very helpful and we were able to get lots of road life “chores” done while relaxing in the trees.

One of my favorite cabin stays Ive ever experienced! The land is magical and the cabin was so cozy and inviting with thoughtful touches. My favorite place was the loft, waking up to the windows surrounding you with beautiful trees and rain pouring on the roof- can’t get much better. My partner and my dog and I felt very welcomed by Danny and Molly and we hope to return!

Prefect little personal site with your own pond. I really enjoyed my weekend here! I don’t fish but I could see them jumping all weekend. Nice fire pit and a gas grill if you need. Got water and electric hookup. Joel is a super awesome and kind human!

Weekend Trip to Alsea Valley Farm

We had a wonderful time staying at this special spot for a friends getaway. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The cabin is so well thought-out, and it's lovely to see the creativity and time that has gone into this property. It's so nice to be able to walk right out the door and hike their private trails, listen to the creek, and relax. We arrived right after fire restrictions were lifted, so we were able to use the outdoor fire pit and look at the stars. We also used the sauna every day we were there. It has an electric sauna heater and a small woodstove, so you can choose your heat source, and the short little path down to the cold dip in the creek is genius. Some folks in reviews have mentioned the composting toilets--as some of our group lives entirely off-grid, we were actually taking pictures of their setup because it's really well designed. Just think of all the water you're saving in the world. The property itself is well cared for, and their little dog is such a cutie. We would definitely stay here again!
