Peace, quiet, tranquility and privacy are overflowing along the creek, and hiking throughout the hills on the backside of the farm (and on the other side of the creek) leads to interesting and abundant flora and fauna. The stocked, spring fed pond is 'brimming" with angler challenges🎣 Our cows, pigs, sheep, donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese are all eager to meet you, as are we! Dope people. Quiet but nice and pleasant. No qualms with me staying multiple nights back to back and reserving every night individually. Good tips about farming when I asked and they sold me some nice homemade apple jam from a local neighbor. They have a whole fridge full of homemade meat from their farm! All in all nice. Also the farm is beautiful and the camp spot was truly very nice. Multiple places to put a tent. Super boxed in by trees which helped with cold weather. Camp fire pit. Chairs and a table. Big bad ass pond right there with a love seat. All in all a good stay. Thanks guys!

Great spot, excellent for star-gazing. Loved hearing the babbling brook behind the site and enjoyed the excellent well-maintained campfire spot and the trees were hardy and well-spaced for hammocks. Waking up to the roosters was super nostalgic and a great surprise to score some eggs too. Felt very private and safe; the porta potty was extremely clean and a nice touch with the light for nighttime. Would recommend making sure you have all your groceries/water/etc before you arrive to save you a trip into town-we stuck around the campsite, but seems like a perfect jumping off point for Hanging Rock state park.

Our boys really enjoyed fishing on the pond. The site was cozy and private. The host was super welcoming and nice. The area to play in near our campsite was perfect for tossing a football and running around. Would highly recommend this camp. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful rolling hills and long range mountain views. Sunrises and sunsets were picture perfect. The hosts were very nice and the site was well maintained. We enjoyed Grayson Highlands nearby and the morning walk around the property to the ruins and pine forest. What a gem close to downtown Sparta and other awesome attractions. Had a nice dinner after a long hike at Red Dog restaurant about 8 minutes away from camp site.

We cannot believe our incredible good luck to have found this place. Christine and Ken cover everything - with so many thoughtful touches in every area to make our stay over the top. There is ample space for multiple tents with flat sandy/dirt as the base and boat-ramp access to the river. The large open kitchen area is beautiful and would hold many if it were raining. Our group was there for an annual get-together, and we’ve decided not to explore other locations or venues, looking forward to returning.

We recently stayed at Cheryl’s Farm on Hipcamp and it was a really lovely experience. They had a nice, private campsite with a beautiful pond and some adorable farm animals, which really made it special. There was a cute little farm store with convenient items and some tasty ice cream, which was a nice touch. They also had a bathhouse; though it only had one toilet and one shower, it still did the job. Overall, it was a really cool and enjoyable stay!
