We have 50/30 amp and water hook up (hose from the house). The site is a back in site beside the outbuilding in our side/back yard. Please don't pull thru in yard back in from field. If you are traveling and just need a place to stay for a night/two or looking for a quite place for a vacation to the area. We are 2 miles from Interstate 77 mile marker 82 and 2 miles from all kind of restaurants and attractions loads of winery's within 30 min drive. We will do what we can to make your stay Amazing, so if you have any questions please feel free to message me. Rig suitability
Vehicles under 80 feet allowed
Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents
Back-in site
Pull into gravel/field beside home on right side on pine trees. Turn like pulling back out and back into right side or red out building. Please do not pull between house and pine trees. Yard gets mushy when wet. Thank You!!
Accommodates slideouts
Surface type: Grass or field
Surface levelness: Requires leveling
Small leveling is required. I park our 34ft travel trailer and just level with couple leveling blocks under one side.
Electrical hookup available
50 amps. If you run 30amp you will need 50 to 30 adapter or ask and I will have mine ready for you

On-property hookup. Hose can be ran from the house to your unit.
Generators allowed
No sewage hookup

You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

On leash. All pets must be leashed due to us having pets. We will leash ours when taking outside. We also have a 10x10 lot that can be used.

Trash bin. We have to trash cans where you can place your full trash bags located on the back of the house.
Cooking equipment present
Grill over firepit. We have a fire pit that can be used at a wood or charcoal grill. If needed I will let you borrow a gas grill.

Password will be given when you arrive.
Laundry present
Our washer and dryer can be used by request. Located right off carport.

Perfect for a quick stop overnight as we did or even a longer stay. Justin met us on arrival and helped us get settled for the night. The site was exactly as adverised. We would definitely stay again if passing through.

Love this place for the third time! Right off the highway (within minutes) and feel extremely safe. Convenient gas for big rigs and restaurants if you unhook. Justin is over the top accommodating. Your need is his goal and has always come through. Highly recommend.

My husband and I and two pups stayed one night here as we were on our way to my parents for thanksgiving, we had a wonderful stay! Super quiet and cozy little spot. Justin was so incredibly accommodating and helped us back in our 5th wheel trailer when it was pitch dark out. I would 100% stay here again ❤️

We just needed a place to sleep on our way south that wasn't a $100 a night parking spot at a KOA. Justin's place is perfect. 5 min off the interstate, a 50 amp connection, and easy access.

Justin’s RV yard spot is convenient for travelers on I 77 ( 2 miles away)There is interstate noise. He did offer electric & water. He bent over backwards to help us & gave us his cell phone # if we needed anything. His property is on a slightly busy road, but the spot is set back a bit. He was very friendly and for 1 night, helped us continue on our path easily the next morning.

Justin and Amanda were the perfect hosts. Greeted us in the driveway and helped to set up, always available for any questions, and gave us some tips on where / what to see / do. Very convenient location to I77 and conveniences (hardware, groceries, propane, golf). We felt very safe the 5 nights we were there, especially given the security cameras on the shed. Thumbs up for Wagner's Backyard!
