Lake Linda is a private 6 acre lake that's located on our family's 40 acre property. We are just 5 minutes from Surf City, Topsail Island, and 20 minutes from both Wilmington and Jacksonville. You'll often see ducks and geese on the lake. Lake Linda is a peaceful place, but conveniently located within a few minutes of food, entertainment, and of course some beautiful beaches. On the back half of the property, we also have a small family farm. Pasture raised pigs, chickens, cows, sheep, goats and we even a have a couple of turkeys! We sell farm fresh eggs as well as poultry, beef, and pork, all raised right here on our farm. Our pork & beef is USDA inspected and processed! We try to help our farm animals have a great life while they’re with us. We have two sites available by the lake! One site is on the corner of the lake by the dock. This lakeside site has a 30 amp service. This site does not have water or sewer, however we have 2 full bathrooms in our bathhouse, one even has a pet wash station! The bathhouse is only about 1000 feet away, and you’re welcome to walk or drive down to it! We can also help you fill your water tank and you’re welcome to dump in the full hook up site as long as there isn’t someone camping there. The second lake site has a beautiful view. This lake view site has 110 outlets as well as water. It does not have sewer hookup, but we have 2 full bathrooms in our bathhouse, one even has a pet wash station! The bathhouse is only about 1000 feet away, and you’re welcome to walk or drive down to it! You’re also welcome to dump in the full hook up site as long as there isn’t someone camping there. We also have 2 camper sites available on the farm, as well as a few tent sites. The farm is just a short walk from the lake, so no matter which you choose, you can enjoy the best of both! This is a working farm, we have cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, & turkeys! You’re welcome to meet & enjoy them! We even have a calf that was born here, and we have baby pigs regularly as well! We’ve also recently added a bath house, with two bathrooms. Both have stand up showers, and one even has a pet wash station! We have 2 gas grills on the property for your use as well! One is by the lake, the other is on the farm. We also place picnic tables at all sites before check in! Our location is very "country" with lots of wildlife (deer, fox, rabbits, birds, etc...) roaming about. It is very quiet in the evenings and overnight. The campsite has a large paver stone patio and picnic table. We have a fire pit and when able we would be happy to host a night around the fire. We are pet friendly but request that dogs be on a leash or tie-out. We expect guests to pickup pet "litter". Campers are encouraged to use the swing and chairs set back under the pines. Also campers will find a guest book in the little library under the pine tree with a concrete bench nearby (you drive around in as you pull into the campsite). Weekend Trip to In the Pines RV and Cabin Village

We had a great stay in cabin 8! It was nice and warm on a chilly day, and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the space was very clean and decorated beautifully. This was a short trip, so we weren’t able to explore the property and amenities, but hope to return again soon and bring our dog!

Had a great time tent camping at River Island Adventure! My dog and I were greeted and shown to our site by Jeff and his staff. The toilets and showers are a nice option at the outpost. Looking forward to when paddle board weather comes back to visit again and take advantage of the river access!

Jeff’s place is a treasure. South Carolina is lucky to have it! The campsites are immaculate, their shared space is beautiful and so thoughtfully created; we enjoyed the showers and outdoor kitchen. On-site staff are a joy to be around and the landscape is zen paradise. Right by the river, tucked in the woods, 15 minutes from the beach; this is the place to be. We feel lucky to have experienced the magic!

Dude was very nice super sociable. Super laid back place. Chill fire spots and what not. Beautiful nature for the most part. Nice creeks. I just really liked the atmosphere and the fact that there were showers, toilets, microwave, multiple grills. A communal fridge. All of that made it super pleasant and felt very over the top friendly which I love. Great place. Nice people Would recommend.

1st time camping here and it was wonderful. Staff is extremely attentive and nice. Very laid back and unstressful which is really what your looking for on a weekend getaway to recharge from the day to day. The glamping tent we booked was extremely clean and comfortable overlooking the river making it very tranquil. If you bring children, the site has a myriad of events and activities to keep them busy and having fun. The whole facility is extremely well kept and a lot of thought and effort was put in to create the appropriate holiday theme of the season (we were there late Oct and it looked fabulous). We are definitely going to book another stay there especially with all the warm weather activities they have like kayaking and tubing. We might consider one of thier more excluded camping sites that they offer. Very much recommend checking it out whether old or young.

The cabin was in perfect condition and the amenities were super fun. My family and I (husband, 15 year old son, 3 month old, and two dogs) had such a great time. We need a local escape where we could "glamp", get away from technology, and make hot dogs + roast marshmallows over the fire. Pines RV & Cabin Village has everything we needed. My husband is not a traditional camper, and I grew up camping quite often-- & "camped" in the Marine Corps-- so we settled for a glamping cabin. I booked the Deluxe Loft Cabin; #6 and we comfortably fit all four of us plus the Great Dane and pit bull mix. The pool, dog park, front office store, and amenities had him sold. The place is pretty new. Quite a few lots were booked though. Many upscale RVs, some cabins were booked (but not all), and everyone adhering to the policies. Seems like a very polite and respectful place. I would 100% book again.

Quiet mix of short term and seasonal folks. Very pet friendly and the pool and pond are a nice relaxing touch. Would highly recommend for a little getaway, close enough to the fun stuff but far enough away not to deal with it.

The cabin was awesome. The staff were amazing especially Adam he was the best!! Would highly recommend, the cabin was super clean and so was the whole property. It’s the perfect distance from everything. The dog park and pool was a perfect addition as well and very well taken care of. Will most definitely be back

Super helpful staff. Great location. Clean campsites. Easy check-in. Definitely book a site here. We were only here for an overnight, and the weather didn't cooperate, but it satisfied the need for a site near North Myrtle Beach.
