Perfect spot or for me in my camper van. Only one site so it was nice and quiet. Site is flat. Shaded all the time. Has easy access to the electric water and sewer hook ups. Super nice hosts. Very sweet and respectful of your privacy. They greeted me on arrival and directed me into the spot. Host provided outdoor rug, table and chairs. Tiki torch, swing fire pit with wood. Very thoughtful and a nice surprise. Surprised me with warm croissants as well ! Very quiet and peaceful. Regretfully the donkeys were not home 🙁 but I did briefly meet the new puppy. I’ll definitely return

It is exactly as described. The parking is level and clean. You are parked in the front yard of the property. All hookups are easy to access. If you just want to park your rig and explore the beaches, island and town it’s perfect. If you sit outside the views are limited. Phil was present for questions regarding where to visit and eat. He was very helpful.

Great spot just minutes from Southport and Oak island. Great host, very welcoming, perfect pad and the neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend staying here.

30' pull behind camper. Had no problem backing in, not much slope on driveway and level. Hosts were very friendly and offered help on several occasions. It's a quite street in an older neighborhood, nothing fancy but perfect for having a base for exploring.

Phillip and his wife introduced themselves up on our arrival and made themselves available throughout the entire stay. The accomodations were as advertised. Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of space to park camper and set up for local travel, campfire etc.

Nice location, easy access, with plenty of room. Easy access to all hookups. Philip was very responsive and quick to offer any help needed. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We loved staying at Beach, driveway parking. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very close to Southport, Oak Island, and various shopping options. The hookups are great and the driveway had plenty of space for our camper and two vehicles. We greatly enjoyed the campfire area along with the hosts' hospitality. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area.

Directions were clear and there was plenty of room to maneuver my travel trailer into the yard. Hook ups were easy to access.

Philip was a gracious and outstanding host! Site was perfect for our needs! Less than 10 minutes from a beautiful dog friendly beach! Retail, restaurants and shopping centers close by as well. Site was like having your own private campsite!

Phillip was a great host! He came out to greet us and gave clear instructions where to park. We chatted a bit about the area and he even shared some no bake cookies as we got into place! Full hookups with all the comforts to come home to after our adventures in nearby Wilmington, Oak Island, and Downtown Southport.

It was a place for us to stop in between our travels. Full hookups available and plenty of room for our toy hauler. We were able to book an extra night to accommodate our needs, Philip responded quickly with our request.

Phil’s site is an awesome base camp for the Southport/Oak Island area. The town of Southport is a delightful spot and Caswell Beach on Oak Island is an awesome spot that was not too crowded. Phil’s site has easy to access hookups, a great location with great access to the beach and the local shops, and Phil is a most welcoming host. He made excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved the area and would absolutely visit again.

Phillip and his wife were wonderful, gracious hosts. Their place was perfect for what we needed- all the hookups, quiet, and very close to Wilmington (about 20 miles). They made us feel welcome while giving us plenty of privacy. They gave us a very thoughtful welcome basket that we loved and appreciated. We would definitely recommend Phillip's place to anyone!
