There is also a sign at the actual site. If you encounter a GATE, you have gone too far and must turn around.

Relax and enjoy all that our farm has to offer. You can enjoy nature and privacy or opt for a more interactive experience and join our morning or evening farm tour where you can interact with goats, sheep, mini-horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, and more.
We are a small family farm where we raise animals and grow flowers/food. Our family home was built in 1739 and is situated near the street entrance.
As you enter the property, you will see two cottages, the oldest corn crib in the county, and a beautifully restored 1800s barn. There is a vintage-style camper to the left of the barn, located in an area where you can have privacy overlooking the pastures.
We live on the property and can assist guests with anything that they might need.
Guests are welcome to stroll around the property and enjoy all it has to offer. We have a farm store and education center opening summer of 2025! Check our website to see classes and offerings that you might take advantage of during your stay.
Please note, that we ask that guests do not enter the barn or fenced pasture without one of the farm owners (Molly & Diego). Our animals are accustomed to people, but livestock is unpredictable, especially to people that they do not know. There is plenty of area outside of the pasture that guests can enjoy. If you opt for a farm tour we promise that you will have plenty of interaction with our many animals.

The octagon is a private 122 ft.² that is electrified and heated. It has a full size bed, cabinet and table with chairs. It sits next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, small waterfall, marsh and 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails. There is a fire pit and outdoor dining area next to the octagon. On the day of arrival, you will receive another message to refresh your knowledge of how to use the campervan.
Close to the beach and sand, the city offers activities nearby so you won't have to go far to enjoy them. This campervan has all the qualities of a house, with the only difference being that you're on wheels—something truly delightful. I have two bicycles so you can take a ride along the bike path on the beach and enjoy the majestic scenery. A different way to have fun and experience something new. What an incredible getaway this was. Such a beautiful property to unwind and take in nature. We loved the animals. Baby goats make everything better.
The camper was cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts, Molly and Diego were so kind and accommodating.

This was a great campground! Tyler was a very accommodating host, even to the point of bringing firewood over to sell when I asked if he could. You choose your site based on what is currently unoccupied. Some of the sites are more up on a hill in an area eith more trees and them some sites are more grassy. There were very clean and well maintained portapotties with a foot pump sink across from them. There is an outdoor shower that is really just an enclosure with a shower head attached to a hose and the water was cold, but it honestly felt pretty good for how hot it was when I was camping! I had my dog with me and she had no issues either. I had a spiral stake with a long lead that kept her within our site area. I would be cautious as a lot if the trees in the grassy area where i was had poison ivy growing around their base. This was a really convenient site to get to Port Jefferson and other areas and there are A LOT of farmstands, wineries, amd other things to do nearby.

The train station is 10 minute drive and we got the direct train into NYC within 2 hours.
Walking to Riva along the beach front is highly recommended, fantastic bar. Various food, drinks, ice cream, live bands and huge screens for sports

Amy and Bill were amiable hosts, communicative and cheerful. We enjoyed our two night stay, and their farm animals were so sweet and curious. Ample accommodation with room to stretch out by firelight, and create multi course meals easily with my camp kitchen crate and a cooler, both by grill and over the wood fire with the grate. It was a warm weekend and the sink with cold, potable water was so nice to have within a few steps from the site for refilling water containers and doing dishes. We’d happily return to this sweet, quiet spot. What a gem!

We parked our Class B RV on the very large spot. Pleased to have 30 amp hook-up and access to water. It looks like sewer will be available soon. Really enjoyed the quiet that isn’t usually found in a campground.
Would recommend this spot and will return if we’re in the area again.

The Meadow's Edge was a peaceful space that felt just private enough even though it was close to the main house. The cutest chickens and ducks wandered the field, and there were also two goats and tortoises. The site is a short walk from where the car is parked and you'll have to carry in your items. But it's nice to see the animals on the way to/from the car. There is a firepit, chairs, wooden picnic table, and bbq grill on site. Potable well water available at an outdoor sink. Firewood available for $10. Big Y and Caraluzzi supermarkets are both 10 minutes away. Our group had an amazing time and saw beautiful stars at night. Amy and Bill were terrific hosts and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend staying camping here.

We camped at Blackburn Farm for three nights. Water and electric hookup. It was excellent. A secluded spot but very close to Mystic Seaport, USS Nautilus Museum, and other sites. Chris was an excellent host and offered places to eat and things to see. He even provided a extra length of hose after I realized I didn't have a long enough to reach the water spicket. Can't recommend this spot enough. We will certainly recommend this to other friends and family. The only thing I would remind RVers about is the water hookup is approximately 40 feet away and the electric hookup is 15 amp, so not a enough to run your AC. However, we ran our fan and the site is nice and shady throughout most of the day, keeping the camper nice and cool.

“I had an amazing time at this campaign spot! It was exceptionally clean, and the view of the river was just breathtaking. Despite there being a lot of people, it stayed really peaceful and quiet. The facilities were well designed especially the shower s although the water was really cold, so I’d recommend showering in the afternoon rather than early or late.
