Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), and Geneseo State College.

So relaxing! Tent has everything you need. The wood stove kept the dog and I warm and comfortable all 3 days we were there. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some winter camping. The pour over coffee and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Jalin is a top notch host!

Weekend Trip to Overgrown Ridge Camp By Letchworth
My girlfriend and I went here for Valentines Day. We went to letchworth state park before hand and saw the waterfalls and walked around the available paths that weren’t closed off in the winter. The site is about 20 minutes away. The driveway was easy to find and plenty of space to park and unpack. Jalin left us a wagon to put our stuff in and walk the plowed path to the tent. The tent is very secluded and private and quite cozy inside. It’s very clean and tidy inside. The chocolate chip cookies he left were delicious. The bed was quite comfortable and we stayed warm from the wood stove and the blankets provided even though it was below frozen outside the tent. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting in the letchworth area.

This was a really fun stay in a well-equipped tent. The bed was super comfortable with pillows and extra linens provided. The dresser had some cooking utensils and the hosts even provided pour over coffee and cookies! The wood stove helped keep the cold away (in the teens at night) and they even got it going before we arrived and dropped off 5 gallons of water. Having solar power and lights was really great. Probably the nicest outhouse I've ever been in. Jalin was really nice and very accommodating having plowed the snow on the trail back to the tent (about 150 yards). We snowshoed on the trails and took our dogs out in the snow. They loved and so did we!

Beautiful property and so convenient to not have to put up my own tent. The tent is wonderful equipped with a wood burning stove. I camped on a reeeealllly cold & windy night so it was nice to have my Mr. Buddy heater to supplement in the middle of the night when I didn’t feel like tending to the fire. I didn’t have time to explore the other paths and I’m so bummed because it looked like an amazing place to frolick! If you are a star gazer, this is your place! The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating. I appreciated the fire!

This is your on stop spot for motorcycle Trials. Mike and Laurel have made a welcoming spot on the hillside for RV's. Easy access to parking from the road. They provided us with a nice welcome packet. That had plenty of information about the area. Places to eat or see. Most people who camp here will be coming for riding. Mike offers lessons as well. But it would a nice spot for anyone looking for a getaway. Don't be put off by the riding. This is not a motocross track. You might be amazed at seeing riders tackling the obstacles and trials bikes are quiet. You might even want to try it yourself? Looking forward to a summer stay. Thanks.

Weekend Trip to Overgrown Ridge Camp By Letchworth
The site is tucked back in hidden from everything but a field. The tent is great and the wood stove worked wonderfully once we remembered how vents work. The bed was quite comfortable but pick your side wisely if you are over 6 ft.
The outhouse seems brand new and the short trails around the property are a nice morning walk.
We were comfortably warm in the 30s, except for when I let the fire go out. Will definitely be stopping by again when it warms back up.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their sweet pup made the visit even better. The campsite itself was wonderful: spacious, private, and stocked with plenty of firewood, which made our evening around the fire super easy and relaxing. We loved this private rural space! The well water was delicious, and having cows and sheep and turkeys on our road made taking a walk so interesting! It was easy to get to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Dawn, our host was very responsive and helpful. We even had wifi!
