Private Campsites and Pool Access! 16 Acre Permaculture farm that has orchards, nut trees, many perennial fruits, vegs, and flowers. 4 RV sites with water and electric available. Mobile pumpout service available for a fee from local service provider. (Must be scheduled in advance) Glamping cabin available and additional tent sites available. Inground 20x40 foot pool and pool side patio available for guests. Paths suitable for walking or mountain biking on site. Dog friendly.Our 15 acre site is very close to all the amenities of town and Canandaigua Lake, while still providing privacy and peace and quiet. We have 2 RVs that are usually fully rented and we have room for your RV or your tent also. We have walking paths throughout the property, and also have a 20x40 ft in ground pool. There is a beach and dog swimming part right down the street, so it is easy to get out on the lake. We have a large bell tent/glamping tent set up available also.

Apple Meadow Farm RV Site

Disappointing

Very disappointed. The area for campsites had not been mowed. The owners property was beautifully cared for but no care had been taken in preparing for our stay. One night of our stay at 3:30 AM, there were cars driving around the circle, loud talking and Flame Throwing. The description of your camp did not meet our expectations, It was a pretty location. With a little effort, it could have been a nice experience.

Very private. Water and 30amp power was nice to have. Beautiful property. It’s close to Canandaigua lake, which is beautiful and great food in town. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Finger Lakes Camping Option

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Sandra and Serge were very responsive. The property is beautiful and quiet. Water and electricity worked great. Just a short drive to town, and there is a lovely road to run on nearby. We had hoped to use the pool but ran out of time.

Apple Meadow Farm RV Site

Beautiful sites placed among orchard trees, all sites are furnished with electrical and water. Sandra opens up her pool and firepit to her guests. We were visiting our children in Victor and spent a good bit of time in the charming village of Canadaigua. We will return.
