Great place to pull a camper into, nestled behind property backed up by high brush and trees. A little tricky finding the right driveway to pull into because cone had fallen into ditch. Having electricity on site was a bonus. Short drive to CMAC and town. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time and enjoyed the privacy of Sandra's location. Close to town but very peaceful. The pool was excellent and much appreciated with the hot weather! Will return again!

We had a great stay! This is a nice private campsite close to town but in a quiet setting. The pool was a huge plus with the hot weather. Sandra was very responsive also. Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.

Really pretty piece of property that was a convenient location for us. Our site was a nice level grassy site, with meadow in the back and orchard in the front. We have a 30 amp 2025 travel trailer. Unfortunately, the less than 30 amp electric service we were connected to would not support AC or even hot water heater or ice maker. They did call an electrician and attempted to fix while we were there however were unsuccessful as the wrong size wire was reportedly used when the service was installed. We just felt we paid for a 30 amp service and that's not what we had on 90 degree summer days. Their solution for us was to run a longer cord (our 50 foot cord wasn't long enough) to another plug, or to move to another site. We had traveled 14 hours over 2 days, were tired, and weren't convinced the other sites had full 30 amp load either based on voltage readings, so we opted to stay where we were and deal with it. Also note, water supply is through a hose and pressure can be low. Nice owners and we did not use the pool.

Nice campsites. Peaceful & private. The driveway wasn’t well marked. Luckily Sandra was home and gave us directions. Convenient to so many things - the Women’s Rights National Park in Seneca Falls. We enjoyed Ravines Winery, Muranda Cheeses, Ardennes Brewery. There is a KOA with dump station only 8miles away, that fee was $25. Would highly recommend this HipCamp site.

GORGEOUS spot! Super quiet, I could hear some concerts if I was outside that night sometimes. Awesome water pressure and great electric. I'll definitely be staying here again!

I LOVED camping at this spot! It was super quiet, very open and spacioues, and awesome for me and my dog 🐶. SUPER close to town and a gorgeous ride to and from 🥰
I will definitely be staying here again next summer!

Sandra's property is beautiful and private, as we were the only campers while there. It was the perfect jumping off point for some great bike rides along the lake and surrounding farmland. We had access to water and electric and even enjoyed a dip in the swimming pool. 5 stars, and we will be back to enjoy this location again.

Very disappointed. The area for campsites had not been mowed. The owners property was beautifully cared for but no care had been taken in preparing for our stay. One night of our stay at 3:30 AM, there were cars driving around the circle, loud talking and Flame Throwing.
The description of your camp did not meet our expectations,
It was a pretty location. With a little effort, it could have been a nice experience.

Very private. Water and 30amp power was nice to have. Beautiful property. It’s close to Canandaigua lake, which is beautiful and great food in town. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Sandra and Serge were very responsive. The property is beautiful and quiet. Water and electricity worked great. Just a short drive to town, and there is a lovely road to run on nearby. We had hoped to use the pool but ran out of time.

Beautiful sites placed among orchard trees, all sites are furnished with electrical and water. Sandra opens up her pool and firepit to her guests. We were visiting our children in Victor and spent a good bit of time in the charming village of Canadaigua.
We will return.

We enjoyed Sandra’s camp! While we had trouble finding it at first (her directions were great, we were just not paying attention) once we were settled it was perfect. It’s a beautiful view that you can’t get at a campground. It’s in the perfect spot to go into Canandaigua (or CMAC) to enjoy but to come back to a low key, quiet area. We didn’t end up enjoying the fire pit or pool because of the rain but would gladly come back again!
