2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Taughannock Falls is a must see with its 215 foot plunge waterfalls.
Each of our RV sites has a 16ft x 45ft stone pad and full electric hook ups with a 110v 20 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp service. She's happy to provide guidance on road, gravel, and mountain biking in the area and share her library of local bike routes. We have a work stand and tools available to fix any small issue you might have on your bike as well. The cabin was built with respect for the environment. We constructed it with locally harvested and milled lumber and approached the build with minimal impact on the surrounding forest. The weather was beautiful, one day of rain and what a blessing that was since it is so very dry here. We did not get to have a fire due to higher winds. We had a wonderful vacation!

This is an amazing location, with very spacious sites. The peace and tranquility is beyond belief.
Clean level site, pad and easy access made set up a breeze.
First visit we had the location to ourselves. The second visit we did with friends. Still, with only two sites, they are far apart, and couldn't hear a sound from our fiends on Site one.
Thanks Nathan for another wonderful stay! We will see you again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farm! We stayed in the Pasture (unshaded) in the back of our SUV tent and used a pop up tent for shade.
You are surrounded by beautiful meadows- there is a clean porto-potty just a short walk away. At the site there is a fire pit with wood for purchase, as well as a picnic table and a spigot for water nearby. They also provide you with a jug of water, but we had our own.
Golden hour over the meadow of wildflowers was gorgeous.
The star gazing was unmatched.
But the fireflies stole the show.
We were able to walk to see the goats- they were friendly.
10/10 would camp here again in the future!

This was our second time staying here. It is a lovely place. We appreciate the available electric hookup, drinking water and rv sewer dump. The site is level and could fit at least two moderate sized rvs. The view is beautiful and peaceful. There are houses on either side but both neighbors are quiet. There are dogs, goats, ducks and roosters at the one house, which can make for some occasional animal sounds, but we enjoyed the variety. The stars and sunset and sunrise are beautiful from the property.
Both stays here were quite windy, but both stays were also in spring. We love the mowed trails through the tall grass as a nice place to walk the dogs.

Absolutely beautiful area…of course the weather was perfect, so I’m sure that helped 😂. Overall, the entire place was very well maintained, clean, and had a feeling of privacy while still feeling safe. We stayed in the glamping site (canvas tent on platform with queen size bed), and it was very clean and very comfortable , composting toilet also very clean with a mild scent of pine shavings. Quiet area, very restful at night. Definitely would stay again

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well cared for. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming.
One of the highlights of our visit was meeting their adorable baby goats! They were kind enough to let us spend some time with them, which made the experience even more special.
