Staying with us, you'll experience the best of the region and Seneca Lake Wine Trail with hundreds of the best wineries, breweries, and restaurants just minutes away. Glamping safari tents feature electricity, indoor and outdoor seating, clothing rack, heater and fan. Simply light a fire, and then walk down to the gorge just steps away. The gorge features beautiful, deep swimming holes and waterfalls for some of the best views in the area. Bring the family for an exciting vacation. Access to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail is one minute away, offering hundreds of wineries, breweries, and restaurants in the region! There are over 20 wineries and breweries within 5 minutes. We had a great time Glamping at Seneca Gorge ! The tent was sturdy and beautifully furnished. Lighted fan was much appreciated on a humid summer day ! Porta potty was close by and clean . Our favorite part was access to the beautiful Gorge. The hike down was worth it ! Owners provided local resources and were attentive. Great find !

Absolutely loved our stay! The site was clean, spacious, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. We felt a perfect mix of seclusion and community, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. Ideal spot for anyone wanting to unwind in nature. The gorge on the property is a def the highlight of this stay and just a short little walk down the trail. A short drive to the lake, winery’s and brewery’s. Can’t wait to come back!

Kristy's campsite is the perfect private getaway! My Wife and two puppies loved it! There is a beautiful gorge a short hike away and tons of land for our dogs to run around. Would highly recommend!

Great central location to explore the Seneca lake area. Campsite was quiet, well protected from the wind, clean and well maintained, and had all of the necessary amenities (fire pit + chairs, clean porta potty, two picnic tables, solar shower, electrical hookups) for a comfortable stay. Exploring the gorge was really awesome! It was unfortunately too cold for us to swim but our dog had a blast splashing around. Overall our 3 day visit was great and I’d highly recommend this Hipcamp!

Peaceful, private and safe. A lovely spot for the dogs and I to rest after a long driving day. Walking trails, fire pit, clean porta potty - I would have been happy to stay longer.

We LOVED this place! Super close to Watkins Glen for hiking the gorge and SUPing in Seneca Lake. And touring the wineries & breweries and walking around Ithaca was just a short drive away. There is so much to do nearby!

Kristy's site was the perfect combination of roughing it in raw nature and relaxing in Finger Lakes wine country. Her newly installed glamping tent was smartly decorated, spacious, and super comfy - it even had a heater for cold nights. (We didn't try it out, but appreciated that it was available if needed.) The porta-potty was the cleanest I've ever seen and the camp shower was an unexpected perk. Eight decorative solar lights made seeing our way around camp easy and much less harsh on your eyes than a cell phone flashlight. We loved that the entire property was all our own after seeing how packed the campground around the corner was! The gorge was breathtakingly beautiful but a bit harder to get to than we expected. Plagued with a bum knee, I was sadly unable to enjoy it. It's just a short hike down, but much steeper than we realized. The girls (20 somethings) hiked in and took pictures at the pools. But even they said it was a little challenging. It looks like Kristy is working on improving this though. She was marking it with white blazes and we saw lumber in the shape of stairs that I imagine will be installed on the steepest sections. Our favorite part of the entire trip was sitting around the campfire with a guitar and a clear view of the milky way after enjoying incredible sunsets from breweries on Seneca Lake. Our recommendations? • Food - burgers & sweet potato fries on the lawn at the Lucky Hare • Beer & View - Nutbrown on the back deck at Two Goats!

The camping spot is a large grassy area surrounded by trees, its very well maintained with a clear view of the stars above. There were 2 big picnic tables, a couple solar lights and a fire pit to use, the outhouse was clean a smelly free. The hiking trails were still being improved on but well worth a hike down to the gorge. The water was clear and felt so refreshing. Kids and I enjoyed an afternoon picnic listening to the small waterfalls.

Had a great time camping at Kristy's spot. The space was very private, clean, and quiet. Our kids enjoyed hiking down to the creek and swimming in the creek. Would definitely recommend.

This place is truly Eden, & Kristy is a wonderful host! The gorge is unlike anything you’ll ever experience.  The platform was perfect for our tent.  The fire pit, chairs, & lanterns were wonderful as was the port-a-potty nearby   We were able to see the Milky Way because it is so secluded with very little light pollution. At the same time, we could walk down the hill to a fantastic brewery.  This place absolutely has it all! Without doubt, this is the best Hipcamp site we’ve ever visited! Thank you, Kristy, for sharing your beautiful land & for being so attentive!

Kristy’s place was amazing!! Loved the water on a hot day, we spent the afternoon down there, and went back again in the evening. A fire after dark, and not even rain coming through our tent all night would spoil our experience. Loved it!

Kristy was a wonderful host! The property was large and diverse - sun, shade, water - it has it all! We enjoyed exploring the gorge and the dogs loved sunning themselves on the grass. Will definitely revisit when back in the Finger Lakes.

The site was very nice. It was very quite and private. We had a severe thunderstorm and downpour. The site did not flood and the ground drained well. We lost power- but we have solar so no problem. Kristy refunded some of the cost as a courtesy which was very nice. Great spot!

We had a wonderful time spending 2 nights on Kristy’s land. It’s a beautiful place! We loved hiking down to the gorge, where we found such a peaceful and private swimming whole. It was close to a park so we also spent a day swimming in the lake. Kristy was so fast to respond when I had a question or needed anything. We can’t wait to come back!

Camping on this property was 5 stars. We had privacy, a beautiful and quiet meadow for camping. Kristy set up a very nice fire pit, chairs and wood for us. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and loved Lucky Hare brewery (best burger and yummy beer)! We will be back for sure.

My stay at Kristy's for a long holiday weekend with my pup was great. Warm welcome, beautiful spot and very refreshing swimming holes and falls to sit in! Brewery nearby within walking distance had great drinks and food. Highly recommend :)

Great camping spot. We went when there was no one else there so we basically had a giant property all to ourselves. It was awesome. There’s a bunch of swimming holes down a woodland path and all that. One thing for us, there’s not a tremendous amount to do in the area besides for wine tours and brewery’s which in no way is a reflection of the space that Kristy has (which is perfect) but my wife and I live a sober lifestyle and I should’ve done my research about the area and realized that was the main attraction. It was excellent to get away. The property is very well maintained. The creek is gorgeous. The area is stunning. Pizza place up the way is pretty dang good. Thumbs up all around.
