Elevation differences are vast, land to the west is uphill for quite a ways, and downhill to the east, to Hemlock lake below, so the world here can feel a bit tilted.
We adjoin 150 acres of nature conservancy lands that nobody seems to know about. These lands are for respectful public daytime use. We also adjoin 6600 acres of NY state forest which is public property. Exploring all that is here would take a very long time! Want to get away? Welcome to our little slice of heaven.

Experience the ultimate in off-grid luxury with our four fully outfitted campsites. Each site features a spacious, luxury canvas tent furnished with a real bed, complete with linens, featherbeds, and pillows for your comfort.
Our campsites come equipped with:
Fire Pit: Enjoy a cozy fire with ample firewood and a firestarter kit provided.
Outdoor Kitchen: Each kitchen includes a charcoal grill with utensils, a two-burner propane cooktop stove, pots and pans, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, cups, and silverware for six. A tea kettle and press pot for coffee are also provided.
Dining Area: A picnic table for enjoying meals outdoors.
Seating: Bench seating around the private fire pit. Two camp chairs and two hammocks for additional outside relaxing.
Solar Lighting: Solar lights illuminate the ground and trails for your safety and convenience.
Private Outhouses: Clean and private outhouses are available at each site.

We bought this property because we enjoy nature and wildlife. This woodlot was formally used as a boy's Scout camp.Learn more about this land:There's room for 1 camper or pitch your tents. Have access to a picnic table and firepit. Enjoy the nature by hiking the trails on our 40 acres. We are close to the Seneca lake, also the Keuka outlet trail for biking or hiking. Bought this place 13 yrs ago it was nothing but bare land. I've cleared out an area to camp, play, and enjoy the world. Find this as a good chance to share the outdoors with new ppl. Every year we host a Tree fundraiser called "May We Begin" where we replant as many trees with tree shields as we can raise funds for.

The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others

Letchworth Valley Campground & Resort is a newly acquired 147 Acre property with a 26 acre lake located 10 minutes from Letchworth Park. Wiscoy Creek famous for trout fishing also runs through a portion of the property. There's canoeing, hiking, fishing, & swimming in an all natural setting. We have 25 primitive tent sites, 16 RV sites that have water and electric, 4 hotel rooms, 5 premium cabins and 5 rustic cabins. Wildlife including a pair of bald eagles, geese, herons, turtles, and birds of all kinds live on the property. All sites have a fire ring with grill and a picnic table. Weekend Trip to A-Frame In The Woods
The A frame kept us warm and dry. Even though we had a bit of rain all day. I had no issues driving my 4 wheel drive truck across the field. The outhouse was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Great view of sunrise in the morning. We didn’t want to sleep in the loft. So we brought 2 cots and still had room to move around.

Had a nice couple wintery days at Koreys place. He was very responsive and great to deal with. I cant comment too much on the sites as I kinda stayed put most of the time. But the area is beautiful and can't wait to return in the warmer months!

This was a nice spot for a weekend away! If it’s going to be cold though recommend bringing at least a few bundles of wood for the stove to keep it cranking.

1 night at A-Frame In The Woods
Cozy and warm A frame! Nice wood stove that is easy to use. The loft bed was comfortable, remember to bring your bedding! We brought a couple strands of twinkle lights and made this magical little getaway perfect. Solar lights illuminate the pathway to the outhouse. We left a candle for the next guests. Enjoy!

This was our fourth time at the site. We keep coming back for so many reasons - the privacy, the tranquility, the well manicured site, the large space, the proximity to everything, the awesome fire pit….. .

We had such a wonderful birthday trip on Tommy’s land and in the surrounding area. Our site was the hilltop overlooking the rolling hills on one side and the forest on the other. It was perfect! Very private although the other site down the hill wasn’t occupied. They are spread apart quite a ways and both have picnic tables and fire rings. Tommy and his wife, Laura, both very nice and generous hosts, brought us plenty of free wood for our stay. Upon check-in, he greeted us and was very hospitable, offering suggestions for area must-sees for scenery, parks, wineries, food etc. They do offer usage of a flush toilet and sink in the end of their house, if desired. We’re pretty self-contained campers and didn’t utilize them. The property is very neat and clean in a rural area. We especially loved seeing the horse and cows each day as we are both originally from small farming towns. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp to anyone wanting a serene getaway with beautiful landscape and gracious host. Was a perfect trip! While you’re here, check out the Chimney Bluffs on Lake Ontario. They are super cool!

The host was extremely welcoming. As a multi-racial family group, the atmosphere felt safe, warm and friendly. The property has been cultivated to share this special place with others while preserving habitat. We had a quick overnight while visiting Letchworth for the day. It was inspiring and all around a very positive experience.
