Elevation differences are vast, land to the west is uphill for quite a ways, and downhill to the east, to Hemlock lake below, so the world here can feel a bit tilted.
We adjoin 150 acres of nature conservancy lands that nobody seems to know about. These lands are for respectful public daytime use. We also adjoin 6600 acres of NY state forest which is public property. Exploring all that is here would take a very long time! Want to get away? Welcome to our little slice of heaven.

Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), and Geneseo State College.

We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.
this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. The campsite is situated privately on a working farm that has been in the family for 220 years. Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. Enjoy peace, nature, and agriculture while overlooking your own private lake. 500 contiguous acres to explore on this working farm that has been in the family since 1797. We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.
this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired. we have added a large porta potty.

Had a nice couple wintery days at Koreys place. He was very responsive and great to deal with. I cant comment too much on the sites as I kinda stayed put most of the time. But the area is beautiful and can't wait to return in the warmer months!

We loved this private rural space! The well water was delicious, and having cows and sheep and turkeys on our road made taking a walk so interesting! It was easy to get to Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Dawn, our host was very responsive and helpful. We even had wifi!

Beautiful site and host very communicative. The only “set back” is that once you’re on the property, the grass road to get to the site is a bit narrow so some of the branches from the growth to the sides of us scratched our cars a bit. Outside of that, it was just what we needed to get a way for a little bit. Great view of the stars on a clear night if you walk a little up from the site to the small open area.

Absolutely amazing view to wake up to! It was easy to access behind his house. The firewood bundles were the among the most dry I've received all season. It made for setting up the fastest fire :) can't wait to come back and spend more time up in the area. Growing up on a farm, some gust of winds carried a familiar scent my way. 😂

Randy and Bob’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views all around are spectacular, it is close to many great state park hikes, and so very peaceful… i don’t think I’ve ever been in a quieter location when camping. We shared some good stories with Randy and Bob around a campfire; they are both so very friendly and just joyful to be around. So grateful for their hospitality and without a doubt worried stay here again!!

The camp site was easy to get into and set up, plenty of room, camp site was plush green grass, very quiet, Dan and Sarah were very friendly. 'Cons' shower was cold, took forever to get warm water, magshift inclosior, very drafty, leaves and pine needles all over the floor, maybe fine for summer time, overall we were happy with our stay, and plan on returning

This was our fourth time at the site. We keep coming back for so many reasons - the privacy, the tranquility, the well manicured site, the large space, the proximity to everything, the awesome fire pit….. .
It’s extremely difficult to find another Hipcamp that is comparable.

Very private, great campfire area with nice furniture, connects to state forest area so cool wildlife, easy access, free wood was really helpful, close to a couple quaint towns and right near a protected lake. We set up a few hammocks with plenty of room for more.
