Our campsite is accessible by car and set up so you can start relaxing as soon as possible. The 10x12’ canvas tent includes a bunk bed with two queen memory foam mattresses. Bring your own favorite linens and make yourself at home. The campsite offers a campfire pit, firewood, seating, a picnic area, a food prep area, water and a well-maintained porta-potty. The canvas tent sleeps 4 but feel free to pitch another tent (or rent one of ours) for additional sleeping space. The campsite has parking for up to three vehicle but is not able to accommodate RV's or travel trailers. Plan your perfect getaway at this peaceful secluded site! The camping spot itself is so nice! The views are amazing! They even have the sweetest little sets of lights going from the driveway up to the camping spot. Unfortunately, I got stuck trying to pull my camper up their street. But the host David was amazing and he went and got my camper and brought it all the way up to the campsite for me! Lovely place for a peaceful retreat for a chilly November weekend, even with a 5 year old. Sandy and John were such kind and welcoming hosts. The red cabin is an updated church camp cabin, with electric radiators and a modern wood stove for heat, a pretty cool composting toilet (indoor), sink+shower, simple kitchen with induction stove, and 2 bedrooms with linens and towels. Our 5-year old loved the tree house, fairy house, labyrinth, meditation stations, boat and Pooh's house and library. And we got really good at shuffleboard! Would definitely recommend and would like to go back.

I l-l-l-loved everything about it! A beautiful ride. Arrived at the barn and was met be our charming host. A walk/ride past the farm animals to a seclude area up on a hill. The yurt was so cozy and inviting. Best cot ever. I will never sleep on an air mattress again! Great for one or two people. Plenty of spa e for additional tents if you need that. Big fire pit and LOTS of wood. Easy to cook on the fire pit but bonus propane grill and really convenient and stocked prep/kitchen area. Even soap and water dispenser setup for ease of cleanup. Delicious icy cold well water for drinking, too. We were also gifted some of their honey and eggs 🍀 Then there’s the farm! What a sweet experience. We got to feed the animals and collect the morning eggs. Walk to the Brandywine Nearby Creek for a beautiful walk along. I recommend! This is a special place!

We had a wonderful time camping at site 2 at Tom's place. It was so peaceful and beautiful and a short walk away from some great trails at the next door neighboring park. Room was a great host. He spent a while with us to show us around, introduce us to his goats, chickens and geese, and tell us the history of the area and his property. He had a working bathroom, a coffee machine, which was awesome because i forgot my coffee, and we bought a dozen of his farm eggs. After that he gave us our space and privacy but let us know he was available if we needed him. We can't wait to come back.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely weekend to ourselves at the Sacchara site, the wheelbarrow provided to help walk in our gear was a welcome amenity. We had a great weekend camping at Tom's place. Site 2 was private and wooded. We loved interacting with the goats. Tom was an excellent host, and having a real bathroom available was a big plus for my group. You do have to cart your belonging down a hill (and back up when you leave), but sturdy carts are provided, and it maintains the peace and quiet of the camping spots. Would definitely recommend to others.
