Our second site is perfect for a more rugged/off-road setup. Just on the other side of the pines you'll get even more privacy and stunning views of the sunset, stars and this fall we had hundreds of migrating Sandhill Cranes serenading us.

Fall is quickly arriving! We are a small, 15 acre property, that's located within one hour from Minneapolis/St. Paul. Our farm has wooded trails, bonfire pits, with amazing sunrises and sunsets. It is quiet and very peaceful. Our little town is 10 minutes from most shopping, with multiple restaurants minutes away. It's also very close to lakes and rivers for kayak/canoe enthusiasts, boaters, or visiting those parks for hiking, swimming and more.
We offer multiple locations to camp on the property. There is a concrete pad with (2) 30-amp electric and (2) water hookups. The 2 sites with hookups are very level and easy to park on. The sunsets are gorgeous at the farm and on cloudless nights the stars in our dark sky are amazing. This is the perfect place for a peaceful get away with loads of outdoor activities available just down the road.
Additionally, the farm is equidistant from the towns of Prescott and River Falls, WI- about 10 minutes to either. Prescott is near the confluence of the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers and has several restaurants with both great food and water views. River Falls is on the Kinni River and has excellent food options as well as 3 breweries, a distillery and two wineries nearby.
This is a working farm. We are happy to welcome you onto our land and would love to show you around. We camped right next to the sheep and cows and my kids LOVED the experience. Christine and Jamie were incredibly warm and welcoming, inviting us to join them in farm chores. We enjoyed our quick weekend stay! The location was near a festival we were attending, and worked out great. There is a short stretch of gravel leading to the driveway, but the site is concrete, flat, and as described. Dave was there to greet us, and get our rig situated. Loved the sunrise and sunset!

Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to work with. They made sure to greet us when we arrived and checked periodically with us to make sure we were good and everything was to our satisfaction. The concert pad was nice and level, with plenty of water pressure and electricity. We highly recommend David's rv spot and already have plans to reserve our spot for next year! Also, they were so accepting of our little chihuahua Oppie. And they say if a dog likes a person than you know they are good people!

Whippletree Farm was exactly as described. We stayed one night after a long couple of days of driving. It was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The farm is particularly well taken care of and obviously loved. We enjoyed the goats and chickens, We will definitely stay again when we are in the Minneapolis area.

We enjoyed on stay on Sarah’s land. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay and her spot was perfect for what we needed. She was great at communicating as we had a couple of questions and even came out to show us where the toilet was. We loved seeing all of her animals on her land, especially her little baby kitten JellyBean.
