Our camping area sits in a quiet corner of our 40-acre property. You'll find easy access through a mowed approach that opens into a peaceful spot just for you. While there’s some privacy from the road, traffic is minimal, so you can relax and enjoy the quiet. Beyond our home and a few outbuildings, the land offers a beautiful mix of young timber, lowlands, open meadows, and winding trails—perfect for exploring or simply soaking in nature. We’re just beginning our journey into creating an RV park, so while some of our plans are still in progress, we’re excited to share what we have so far. Water is available from a hydrant near the house, and once you book, we’ll provide a map showing the layout of the land, trails, and water access. If you prefer, we’d also be happy to give you a personal tour when you arrive! The site is easy to find, right off the road. The land is mostly level, but it is a field. We have an idea about where/how we'd park, but it is up to you how you'd like to use the space. There is plenty of space for two+ rigs and you'd have access to the entire area, unless there's someone else parked there. The water hydrant (potable) is up by the house, you can drive over to fill water jugs or you can use our wagon if you'd prefer to walk. Grams Park is nearby and has a public well/hydrant. I'm not sure about using it to fill an RV, but I'd think it's possible...something I'll look into at some point. We don't currently have a dump station, but there is a campground about 10-15 mins away that offers dumping for about $10 (last time I checked). That's about it, we don't have much for amenities other than the water and the quiet...unless the kids are outside playing, you might hear them from a distance:) We do have a bucket toilet with disposable bags if you need it, and plans to put in an outhouse...maybe next summer. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!

What to expect
RV/tent site
You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.
6 guests max
Campfires allowed
Firepit. We have a fire ring to provide, until we figure out a permanent place for it.
Toilet available
Portable toilet. We have a bucket with a toilet seat and compostable bags to use with it.
Pets allowed
Off leash. Off leash is fine, but at your own risk. There are plenty of distractions out here for dogs that like to explore. Please keep any dogs that have an aggressive history on a leash. People walk by with their dogs at times, sometimes unleashed, and we also have dogs. If your dog wont be ok with that, then a leash is probably best. If they are friendly and playful, then let them join our off leash dog community!
Potable water available
Pump or well
Bins available
Trash bin. Please only use for the trash that you've acquired while staying here, not trash you've been accumulating for the last month. If you do have a bunch of trash, we can put it in our other bins!
No showers
Cooking equipment absent
Picnic table absent
No wifi
Laundry absent
There is a laundromat 10mi away in Zimmerman.
Hot Tub absent
No playground
There is a playground at a church 1mi away. They do run a school there, so it would be available nights/weekends during the school year.
