R&R Mille Lacs offers a private channel lake lot on beautiful Mille Lacs! The site will have a pull through driveway with 2 RV spots with electricity and water on a gravel pad. The gravel drive through is big enough for 1 more RV but there are no hookups. $60 per RV per night. (So if your group brings 3 RVs it totals to $180.00 per night. Tents are also allowed. There is one dump station as you pull out.
The site also has a private dock to put your boat or other water toys on. With just a short boat ride through the channel you can be out fishing on the mighty Mille Lacs in minutes. There are no waves to worry about in the channel so just tying up to the dock is nice and easy. With the calm waters it is a great place to use your kayak or paddle board, or just some fishing off the dock. There will be a four person paddle boat available for guests, you must bring your own lifejackets for any water activities. There are also atv or mountain bike trails just feet away from the site. There is a fire pit on site with free split firewood.
We are located 5 minutes south of Garrison, and 5 minutes north of Grand Casino Mille Lacs, and right across the road from Northwood Hills golf course with Charlie’s Bar & Grill.
To launch your boat there are public water accesses to the north and south.

The Pine River State Water Trail flows gently through the jack pine forests and quiet water of west central Minnesota. The lake and hill country in this area illustrate classic glacial land forms. With easy access to a public launch and within a half mile of the Mississippi River it is a perfect spot for exploring some of Minnesota's greatest waterways, lakes and forests. Property backs up to privately owned conservation land.
Site is mostly primitive with electricity available. Outhouse bathroom.
Access to property is through a unpaved wrap around driveway. This is northern Minnesota in the Forest on a River so please be prepared for bugs and bring the appropriate clothing and bug spray/netting etc. We recommend Deep Woods with Deet!
Minutes away from access to Cuyuna trails, Crosby, Ironton and Emily, as well as nearby Nisswa and Crosslake. This central location offers access to any and all amenities. After a day on the trails, in town, or on the water, an evening overlooking the river is a perfect way to end the day. Wind down, relax and enjoy the trees, water and nature surrounding you.
Pack in and pack out trash/recycling. Keep the forest and animals safe! Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors/neighborhood. Keep all vehicles and campers off the newly installed drain field and buried septic tank. When leaving please take all trash/recycling with you so it doesn't end up in the water or feeding the wildlife. :) Enjoy the amazing area!
**Please note there is no running water available (well pump not currently working). This is the forest in northern Minnesota so please be prepared for native insects! Snow removal will NOT be provided during the winter. Access to the site may be very difficult depending on the snow conditions.**

Enjoy unforgettable sunsets over Lake Mille Lacs, painting the sky with vibrant hues. Step onto the sandy beach from your campsite and surround yourself with the soothing sounds of nature and the lapping of the lake's waves to help you unwind and connect with the outdoors.
The campground is a tighter space but the 100 ft beach has plenty of room to spread out.
There is a communal firepit on the beach, along with two portable fire rings available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adding to the welcoming atmosphere, are two friendly dogs – Frank, a Goldendoodle, and his sister/sidekick, Lucy, a Mini Goldendoodle. They roam freely on part of our property with the help of an invisible fence. Feel free to shoo them away, or hush them if they bother you or if any other rogue neighborhood dog wanders over.
When we camp, we value privacy, and we'll ensure the same for you. Upon arrival, please head directly to your campsite or cabin. We can communicate through messaging to assist you with anything you need.
Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.
The Loo (pit toilet): She works hard for the money! With lots of campers and hot weather, The Loo can get a little...fragrant. We have it regularly serviced and cleaned, but during peak heat and heavy use, odors can happen. Nature gonna nature. If you're sensitive to smells please feel free to bring your own portable loo setup!
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am please do not disrupt other guests or you may be asked to leave.

Camping spot offers a private view, private seating area and use of fire ring to enjoy the peaceful quiet woods, water and wildlife around the property shoreline.
Property is a short ride from the Cuyuna State bike trail, Sagamore Unit recreation area, Mahnomen unit, MRT trail system, mine lakes with excellent swimming, site is a 6 mile ride to Crosby and the Portsmouth unit area. Crow Wing Portage trail a 1/2 mile walk up the road. Crosby's restaurant, brewery and shops are 10 minutes away, Brainerd is 15 minutes approximately for even more entertainment and shopping opportunities.
Please note this is an adults only site. This is a great option for a couple or single camper looking for a quiet, private RV camping spot to enjoy easy access to the area trails and mine lakes.

There are no waves to worry about in the channel so just tying up to the dock is nice and easy. With the calm waters it is a great place to use your kayak or paddle board, or just some fishing off the dock. There will be a four person paddle boat available for guests, you must bring your own lifejackets for any water activities. There are also atv or mountain bike trails just feet away from the site. There is a fire pit on site with free split firewood.
We are located 5 minutes south of Garrison, and 5 minutes north of Grand Casino Mille Lacs, and right across the road from Northwood Hills golf course with Charlie’s Bar & Grill.
To launch your boat there are public water accesses to the north and south.

Access to property is through a unpaved wrap around driveway. This is northern Minnesota in the Forest on a River so please be prepared for bugs and bring the appropriate clothing and bug spray/netting etc. We recommend Deep Woods with Deet!
Minutes away from access to Cuyuna trails, Crosby, Ironton and Emily, as well as nearby Nisswa and Crosslake. This central location offers access to any and all amenities. After a day on the trails, in town, or on the water, an evening overlooking the river is a perfect way to end the day. Wind down, relax and enjoy the trees, water and nature surrounding you.
Pack in and pack out trash/recycling. Keep the forest and animals safe! Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors/neighborhood. Keep all vehicles and campers off the newly installed drain field and buried septic tank. When leaving please take all trash/recycling with you so it doesn't end up in the water or feeding the wildlife. :) Enjoy the amazing area!

The campground is a tighter space but the 100 ft beach has plenty of room to spread out.
There is a communal firepit on the beach, along with two portable fire rings available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adding to the welcoming atmosphere, are two friendly dogs – Frank, a Goldendoodle, and his sister/sidekick, Lucy, a Mini Goldendoodle. They roam freely on part of our property with the help of an invisible fence. Feel free to shoo them away, or hush them if they bother you or if any other rogue neighborhood dog wanders over.
When we camp, we value privacy, and we'll ensure the same for you. Upon arrival, please head directly to your campsite or cabin. We can communicate through messaging to assist you with anything you need.
Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.
The Loo (pit toilet): She works hard for the money! With lots of campers and hot weather, The Loo can get a little...fragrant. We have it regularly serviced and cleaned, but during peak heat and heavy use, odors can happen. Nature gonna nature. If you're sensitive to smells please feel free to bring your own portable loo setup!

Great Site. Loved that it was just outside the entrance to Cayuna Country Sagamore unit. Our family really enjoyed the site. Plenty of space, nice level area for our camper. Our family was able to enjoy the mountain bike trails and then retreat back to the site for relaxation time. We are already talking about our next trip back. Only downside to the site is the proximity to the highway as you do have constant road noise. Also it seemed like we were in the approach line for the airport. This wasn't so bad as it was fun to watch the planes and they were not going after dark.

Obviously much thought went into to creating this amazing spot. A nicely decorated and maintained huge space, evergreens planted for even more privacy, generous DRY wood supply, super clean outhouse with light, table with bench and electricity.
The hayfields were mowed and our dog sure enjoyed running over it. There is even a path through the woods.
One of our favorite hipcamps, we would love to return.
