The Hamlet Lake Bunkhouse is located to the west of our home in its own secluded parcel next to the lake. The Camp on Hamlet Hill is to the north of our home, on a remote flat hill at the top of our property, on a hill over Cedar brook. with 300-acre, (private) Hamlet Lake in front, and the wide portion of the 20-mile Cedar brook in the back. We are a large "homesteading" family, with chickens, ducks, and a garden. The campsite is a private 1/2 acre clearing, surrounded by woods with a firepit, grill, cooking utensils, and an outhouse. (Tents are available for a small additional cost). There is an outdoor water pump below the hill. Guests can access the waterfront and beach in front, with the use of the swim raft, lily pad, fishing dock, canoe, kayak, and paddle boards included. At nearly 100 feet deep, Hamlet lake also boasts excellent fishing. Our home is located 6 miles from Crosby, with the world-class Cuyuna Lakes 50-mile mountain bike trail system. Crosby is a growing tourist town with many new and unique restaurants, outdoor adventures, and shopping opportunities. The paved bike trail begins 3.5 north of us. Milacs lake is 10 miles to the south.

We have a single RV gravel camping spot that includes electric 50/30/120. Spot is level for 24 foot Rvs but can fit up to 31 with some leveling. Private spot offers a view of the Rabbit River and a quiet bay of Littel Rabbit lake. There is access to Littel Rabbit Lake and the Mississippi river for kayakers via the river channel, water level permitting. Camping spot offers a private view, private seating area and use of fire ring to enjoy the peaceful quiet woods, water and wildlife around the property shoreline. Property is a short ride from the Cuyuna State bike trail, Sagamore Unit recreation area, Mahnomen unit, MRT trail system, mine lakes with excellent swimming, site is a 6 mile ride to Crosby and the Portsmouth unit area. Crow Wing Portage trail a 1/2 mile walk up the road. Crosby's restaurant, brewery and shops are 10 minutes away, Brainerd is 15 minutes approximately for even more entertainment and shopping opportunities. Please note this is an adults only site. Weekend Trip to Clear Lake Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing experience, and the joy began even before we actually “arrived” at Kelley’s farm. The road to the farm gave us front row seats to a forest of beautiful, luminous orange fall leaves on our left and the deep blue lake on our right. We had to stop the car a few times along the way just to look around and snap some photos. After a LOT of photos, we made it to Kelley’s farm—which, by the way, has a VERY cool shop at the entrance—and then our campsite! The location was as beautiful as the drive in and elevated by the range of thoughtful amenities Kelley had staged beforehand and also by a visit from their friendly dog! I could write more, but you get it! 10/10 recommend!

Great Site. Loved that it was just outside the entrance to Cayuna Country Sagamore unit. Our family really enjoyed the site. Plenty of space, nice level area for our camper. Our family was able to enjoy the mountain bike trails and then retreat back to the site for relaxation time. We are already talking about our next trip back. Only downside to the site is the proximity to the highway as you do have constant road noise. Also it seemed like we were in the approach line for the airport. This wasn't so bad as it was fun to watch the planes and they were not going after dark.

Brett’s land is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The site has big beautiful trees, and we were fortunate enough to be there in the autumn to watch the leaves fall. It is wonderfully quiet and dark at night, making this spot a stargazer’s paradise. Brett’s pride of ownership is apparent by all the work that has been done to the property. We will definitely go back.

It was a very private rustic campsite. Carl's a very good host and will help out with whatever you need. The campground is right next to the Rum River State Forest with lots of hiking and trails to explore. The night skies are fantastic! I was able to have my dogs off leash, they loved exploring and taking a little dip in the river!

This is indeed a camping spot to be proud of! Obviously much thought went into to creating this amazing spot. A nicely decorated and maintained huge space, evergreens planted for even more privacy, generous DRY wood supply, super clean outhouse with light, table with bench and electricity. The hayfields were mowed and our dog sure enjoyed running over it. There is even a path through the woods. One of our favorite hipcamps, we would love to return.

This was an amazing camping spot. There was a slight hill down to the water but nothing unmanageable. Dock, swing, picnic table, paddle boat, canoe, all great features. There is a hose with water if needed, which was very convenient. Lake is very quiet and relaxing. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!
