We are right down the road from Little Long lake and Budd Lake public boat launches. We have deeded lake access to Little Long Lake with use of our paddle boat and kayaks. We can provide parking with a boat, trailer, etc., but will need to be arranged prior to check-in. There are several restaurants, delivery options, and a grocery store right down the road. There is also a putt putt golf, skiing and snow tubing at Snow Snake, arcade, batting cages, bowling, indoor golf, ax throwing, beaches and Wilson State Park. If you have side-by-sides, quads, jeeps, snowmobiles, or dirt bikes, there are endless options with groomed trails in the area for you to ride all day long. We have two cabins, the Harrison Hideaway cabin and Wanderer's Hideaway that can be rented together for larger groups or rented separately. Genuinely such an amazing experience at Camp Bear Paw!! Kevin and Lori are phenomenal hosts. It’s truly a hidden gem. There’s activities for kids all ages and adults. Deer Path was a perfect get away for us. I was a little nervous about having neighbor's so close, but there was no need. The set up of the site and full hook ups felt very private. We loved sitting by the river and watching a Blue Heron fishing in the river as well as watching a herd of a dozen deer cross the river 100 feet from us. Megan stopped by to confirm that everything was perfect for our stay and it was. I highly reccommend this location with no reservations!

Robert made us feel totally welcome and the spot is great. Water, electric hook up and close to everything but not too close. It's the perfect spot. If you need anything there is a Love's truck stop right down the road with clean showers and laundry area. This is a great location and I would totally stay here again.

Kevin and Laurie are Top Notch. My and family and I have had the privilege of staying at Bear Paw 3 times. Our kids love to swim in the pond, fish, and explore the grounds. There plenty of playgrounds and for the kids to playWe enjoy sitting by the fire using the wood that’s provided. Kevin and Laurie not only keep the grounds well maintained but they genuinely care. They check on us periodically throughout the stay to see if we need anything. It’s clear to see that providing a memory-filled camping experience is what they strive for. We have camped at state parks and county parks as well, but Bear Paw rises to the top for us! Thank you!

Robert was awesome. His place was a perfect spot to rest between Cleveland and the UP. He responded promptly and was so nice and accommodating during my two separate stays. Just a few minutes off 75. He has electric, so I was able to charge my Ecoflows in my van which was a nice. Highly recommend and will be back.

Had the best weekend getaway. There’s a large flat space at the top near the road with a picnic table and fire ring near the very clean porta-Jon. There is a steep hill on the path down to the tent site, but it’s worth hauling your stuff down and back up. The tent site is incredible, right on the river, plenty of privacy, lots of flat shady areas to put your tent. The river was quite low this weekend and slow moving, which matched our pace perfectly. The campers at the next site were a bit rowdy and we could hear their music and loud vehicles, but they quieted down not long after 10pm, and we couldn’t actually see them from where we were. Still much better than a campground in my opinion.

This property is amazing; private, great/easy full hook-up, clean, lots of space, 2 fire pits, and the area down by the river is so beautiful and peaceful! The river was clear and cold, and hardly any bugs. The sunrises over the cornfield across the street made the spot even more beautiful. Town was pretty close to grab supplies and pizza. We would absolutely come back again!
