Sandy’s Up-North Sanctuaries LLC features four unique properties, all located in various parts of northern Michigan. Each property has been thoughtfully designed to reflect its surrounding area. Currently, two properties are available for rental starting Spring 2026: Happy Camper and Hilltop Glamping. Please check the individual site listings for more details. Coming Summer 2026 is Big Creek Cabin in Crawford County, followed by A-Frame of Mind in Arenac County in Spring 2027.

Happy Camper is a fully furnished campsite, with a furnished 30' travel trailer. The Campsite is .2 acre wooded lot and contains a private fire-pit area; large deck for dining and bbqing; fenced yard; private driveway for your vehicles, boats or ATV's. Electricity, water, internet/streaming services included. Located in a residential area, surrounded by several lakes, ATV trails, the Rifle River and so much more!!

Hilltop Glamping

Bell tent · Sleeps 4
Hilltop Glamping is a 16; Bell-tent, sitting atop a 16'x20' elevated deck, overlooking a sloping wooded landscape down to the firepit. Smith's Lake is visible from the tent opening. The tent is fully furnished, with a queen bed, tv, microwave, refrigerator, dresser, 2 recliners. The site also has a separate private toilet and shower. The tent is a short walk down from the parking area.
