THREE SITES are available sized to accommodate tent camping, Travel Trailer (EXCEPT 5th Wheels), and Class B and C RV"s. Each site is easily accessible, open and sunny for trailers and RV's with shaded areas for tenting. You will be in the woods adjacent to a open area working Hops Farm.
Each site has a fixed in place fire-ring with cooking grate and 8-foot picnic table. Parking area, Food Truck, Biergarten and Farm Market are walk-able to on the property. Portable Toilet serviced weekly and potable water is central to the sites. Trash containers with trash bags are at each site. NO HOOK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE. Expect NO or LIMITED cellular service.
One Travel Trailer or up to Three Tents accommodated per site. Sites are flat with moss/grass on sand terrain. One vehicle allowed on each site, parking lot for additional vehicles is available.
This is a PEACEFUL AREA with loud music, noise and entertainment DISCOURAGED. QUIET HOURS ARE 11PM - 8AM DAILY. CONTINUOUS USE OF GENERATORS IS DISCOURAGED.
Weather is typical for West Michigan with occasional winds and rain, we are on sandy terrain so ponding is very limited. WILDLIFE regularly includes Deer, Turkeys, Raccoons and Possum. Black Bear sightings are rare but not a common occurrence.

We love Blue Lake Biergarten! Our family joined two other families for a fall camping weekend, and had a lovely time. The camping areas are so spacious we all had plenty of room. The grates on the fire pits were perfect for cooking our meals, and the kids had a blast playing capture the flag and collecting dead sticks for campfires. Our weekend lined up with a tasting event from Long Road Distilling, which was a fun treat when we visited the biergarten. We're already looking forward to the next time we go!

We loved staying here! Sites are private and spacious. Porta potties are clean. Water available and drinkable. Ice and firewood available onsite. Biergarten and food truck were both great. Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had good recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fun place to camp! The included bundle of wood on my first night was a lovely surprise, and the little touches like wildflowers, the lighted port-o-let and a bucket of water for extinguishing the campfire were appreciated. This is all before we get to the quaint Biergarten with a food truck, a small assortment of mixed drinks and beers from local breweries who use hops grown on the farm. I hiked Owasippe Scout Reservation’s trails, which were nearby, and visited Lake Michigan. Great visit!

The space was fantastic and having the Biergarten nearby was an added bonus. The space was well kept and had a dedicated trash can for each site. A lot of care went into the area with premium fire pits with grill grates, upgraded portable bathroom, and even a native plant garden on the path to the Biergarten (which also had a great selection and roaring campfire). Staff were the pinnacle of hospitality and a highlight of our weekend! We will absolutely be visiting again!!

The sites were private, level, and well maintained. The beer garden had good food and a great selection of beer. Overall the experience was like a very well executed back yard cookout. I would highly recommend especially if you want to take advantage of the food truck and beer garden.

I loved staying here! The Biergarten is beautiful, and the land out back even more so. Tent camping was easy, and I appreciated the plentiful firewood available at the site. The sky was beautiful from this site, and the location is great - can’t beat a close drive to the beach.
The employees (shout out to Mike) were super helpful with our questions about kayak rentals and general goings-on around the campsite. I would recommend this to anyone looking at staying here.

Overall, I would recommend this site! Firewood (as well as drinks and food) are available for purchase at the biergarten and the staff (shoutout to mike!) was friendly. The site was fairly private, and the porta-potty was clean.
Unfortunately, we had the most insane rainstorm while at this campsite, and were forced to shelter in our car from lightning, but it was no fault of the hosts.

Well maintained yard with a wide view of farmland. It features a mowed lane that leads to some woods that works great for a dog walk. The Interlochen State Park is just 15 mins. away. The location offers a good view of the night sky with no yard lights nearby.

Had a great stay, 2 adults and a dog. With only 3 sites, the grounds are quiet and secluded. Having the beer garden a walk away was nice to have a few beverages before bed. Had a decent fire pit ring with cooking grate. Had fire wood and ice available for purchase. Food truck on site was also a perk for an additional little snack if needed. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Will definitely be back!!

We had a great time tent camping at Camp Firefly. The location feels very private but having neighbors nearby made us feel safer should something happen. There was a nice spot for the tent and many fallen sticks to keep the fire going. Unfortunately, both public showers available were out of order, but that couldn't be helped and we were okay with roughing it for a few days. Overall a very fun time, and Misty was very responsive to any questions.

We loved Blue Lake Hops & Gardens! The sites were shady, spacious, and private. Each one has multiple places to set up a tent or camper, as well as a fire ring with grill attachment and trash can. All sites are just a short walk to the biergarten, which is supremely welcoming and cozy. We highly recommend, and are already looking to book all three sites for a large group of friends to camp together!
