In 1831 formerly Northern's Mill had an old mill house, dwelling house, outbuildings, mill pond and water courses with about 31 acres and was bought for an enormous amount of

At the working mill the owner's wife baked pies for the workers to enjoy

The pond is also recognized as

Camp 1 has the most room for car camping and groups close to the road and overlooking the pond.
Camp 2 is a short hike to a private knoll overlooking the grassy marsh of Mill Creek, this is tidal water that flows to the Potomac.

With 15,000 wooded acres, Pocomoke River State Park’s claim to fame is its stand of loblolly pine and cypress swamps bordering a wild and scenic river. We're a 10 acre property close to the Great Wicomico River with 7 rescued goats, tons of chickens and three rescued dogs (Mookie, Lil'Sug and Tina). We offer camping in our beautiful hardwood trees with plenty of space for cars, tents or RV's/Travel Trailers under 35'. Our town has one stop light and is located just 6 miles from Reedville and 10.5 miles to Kilmarnock. Hughlett State Park is an easy drive, 2 private marinas are within .5 miles and have public boat launches available for a small fee- this area is surrounded by water- Google us! Amazing Restaurants are waterfront and just a few minutes away and fantastic fishing charters are available in the area as well.

Toddville Maryland "The Land That Time Forgot" is a beautiful undeveloped land scape. in its glory days there was a town with everything that you needed that was based on the fishing and crabbing industry today there is still many operations but the majority of the town and homes have been abandoned which has given way to untouched landscape with wild life everywhere. you will have great views of the water ways and wild life with peace and quit and privacy.
This camp site is behind our small general store which opens at the end of October 2024
Also the area is prone to regular tides/tidal rise, if there is any major storm off the coast of a full moon roads will get water on them

It’s a beautiful spot. Clean Porta potty, table, chair, and kayaks to use. Some trees for shade and a hammock. The beauty is perfect. It is close to the road and visible to cars passing by, but the night time hours quiet down. I would visit again.

This campsite was amazing, it exceeded my husband's and my expectations. The campsite was big and beautiful, with the most gorgeous view of the sunset you could imagine. The site was clean and well maintained. We saw many beautiful birds in the water. It had chairs and a charcoal grill, along with a huge fire pit. We did not see another human during our stay which was fantastic as we can to unplug and unwind with our pup. It was safe for our small dog. We were only able to stay one night as we were taking advantage of an unusually warm March day but we would definitely like to come back in the summer or fall to stay two or more nights.

Great place to get away and camp. Really quiet, plenty of open space and tree line to camp on. Nice trails to walk the dog or take the Jeep through. Plenty of wood to burn, but best you bring something to cut it up. This was perfect for me because I was camping in a hot tent. They will cut and deliver wood for a price. The bath house was a short walk away with clean showers and conditioned. The Host and Helper were really nice and made sure I had what I needed. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Just as shown. Reviews are correct. Excellent location and private. Only critique would be that it is just off a rural highway, but truthfully there is only about one car every 5 minutes during the day, and then virtually none at night. We would definitely stay here again.
