The pond is also recognized as Courtney Mill Pond and Kissinger Mill Pond. Fires in the 1980's have claimed the building creating a perfect place for you to enjoy nature outside. Located 2 miles from Rt.50 and 5 miles from Rt.13 our rural property provides a safe spot to overnight. Your small RV, compact trailer or campervan must be completely self-contained. There are no hookups, no bathrooms and no amenities. You are welcomed to stretch your legs on the woodland trails and enjoy the property or plane spot out front on the closed road! The Small Spot is simply rustic parking on a gravel pad in the woods located across from our residence. It's appropriate for travelers passing through or those in town for a few days who will be out & about needing a place for evening rest. It is not somewhere to set up elaborate camp or hang out 'round the clock.

Just as shown. Reviews are correct. Excellent location and private. Only critique would be that it is just off a rural highway, but truthfully there is only about one car every 5 minutes during the day, and then virtually none at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Was everything we expected it to be. Site was nice and flat restrooms were clean and well maintained. The goats came to visit the first day we were set up they hung out for a few and went on their way. It was late in the season so activity was minimal which worked out well for us.

The property at Strawberry Crossroads is beautiful! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to spend more leisure time there, as I had to work in town every day. It is only 17 miles from the beach resort town of Ocean City, yet you feel far removed from the crowds etc…Our host TJ was super hospitable, yet left you to your privacy. He would even deliver firewood, if needed! I will definitely stay again & also recommend to others!
