Soak up the quiet beauty of the Tangier Sound at this bayfront getaway with stunning sunset views among the pine trees. Enjoy crabbing, fishing, and swimming off the dock. Dive into nature photography, birdwatching, hunting, kayaking in the wetlands, and more. There's a small local beach and boat ramp less than 5 minutes away. We now have several kayaks for our guests to use, inquire about use and access. It's far enough away to unplug, but less than an hour to Ocean City, Chincoteague, and Assateague.The Bay View site is located next to a grove of mature Southern Yellow Pines with a view of the bay. You will have both a 50/30/20amp electric and water hookup. **There is a home on the property, however to ensure our guests privacy and enjoyment of the entire property, the house will never be rented the same time as our HipCamp Guests.

The gravel roads leading to the site are single lane roads with ditches on both sides. Access might be difficult with larger RV's and is on a dead end road that will require backing either upon arrival or departure.

Serenity, peace and calm setting. I see so many birds 2 bald eagles they were majestic. Perfect spot little difficult navigating the trees, but so worth it. I would come back!

The site was level and easy to find. Beautiful view from the camper and a private dock to watch the sunset every night. We even caught a few crabs off the dock. There was a nice breeze the entire weekend. This location was about an hour to Crisfield to catch a ferry to smith or tangier island. We spent an afternoon in Pocomoke city, where we played some pickle ball at the local park and visited the Delmarva discover museum.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. I especially enjoyed being able to walk to the pier and see the sunsets each day. As well as walking over to drink coffee in the morning. It was a much needed escape that we were lucky enough to bring our dog with!

Great site! Gorgeous sunsets, appreciated being able to walk out onto a dock to watch them, Closely located utilities, and mostly level, grassy area with nearby pine trees. Nearby house/garage, but it was unoccupied. Had a lovely view of the water from our rear dinette.
