Learn more about this land: Easy Wind Farm is a private home and independent music venue! Booking through HipCamp is not available during "show" weekends. We're a 10 acre property close to the Great Wicomico River with 7 rescued goats, tons of chickens and two rescued dogs (Lil'Sug and Tina). We offer camping in our beautiful hardwood trees with plenty of space for cars, tents or RV's/Travel Trailers under 34'. Our town has one stop light and is located just 6 miles from Reedville and 10.5 miles to Kilmarnock. Hughlett State Park is an easy drive, 2 private marinas are within .5 miles and have public boat launches available for a small fee- this area is surrounded by water- Google us! Amazing Restaurants are waterfront and just a few minutes away and fantastic fishing charters are available in the area as well.10 acre property close to the Great Wicomico River with 9 rescued goats, tons of chickens, and two rescued dogs (Lil'Sug and Tina). Offering an open field for Motorhomes/RV's/Travel Trailers if ammenities are needed, or feel free to boondock anywhere. All Good at Easy Wind Farm!!!

Easy Wind Farm RV and Tent camping
Miss Katie at Easy Wind Farm was kind enough to host our RV over the Christmas Holiday so we could visit with family nearby. Campsites are hard to find in that area, especially during the winter months. Our site at Easy Wind was 30amp electric only with no water or sewer but as long as you onboard water ahead of time it is definitely worth it. We have a 41' 5th wheel and the site was able to accommodate it with no issues. The ground was solid and the farm and camping area is very well kept. The nights were peaceful and quiet and the sunrises through the tress in the mornings are beautiful. Even though egg laying season was technically over Katie was able to collect 3 dozen farm fresh eggs for us, always a treat!! Katie was a kind and accommodating host who was helpful when needed but in no way intrusive. Thank You Easy Wind and we hope to stay with you again!!

Cozy farm near beaches

Easy Wind Farm RV and Tent camping
Katie’s farm was such a cozy spot for our family camping trip! Our young children loved visiting the goats and chicken every morning. We appreciated the port-a-potty, lights and shelter from the rain. We enjoyed the beautiful beach at Hughletts Point and had a relaxing seafood dinner at the Reedsville marina. This was a perfect trip (even though it rained!)

Easy Wind Farm RV and Tent camping
This is a special place with a bit of a hippie vibe. We really enjoyed our stay. The farm is ~10 acres. The area where one camps has a fair amount of groomed woods canopy with a barn backdrop, mid-sized chicken coup behind it, and an old school bus in the woods. They've designed the setup so they can host periodic outdoor concerts (not while one is camping, obviously), which must be a blast. The site has plenty of flat areas, is suitable for all types of camping - tent, van, or RV and wasn't buggy in September. The owners were happy to have us setup anywhere we wanted. They were very hospitable and proud of their venue. The Northern Neck VA area is beautiful. In sum, great place, great stay, we'd definitely do it again.

Great, centrally located spot in the NNK. Host made sure we had everything we needed and was exceptionally communicative. Excellent stay, would stay again!
