Established in 2004, we are an 87 acre ATFS certified Tree Farm located in the Blue Hills Range in the Foothills to NH’s White Mountains. Our Farm spans the northerly side of Hussey Mountain from the base to the summit. Guests are provided with private access to several miles of multi-use nature trails, multiple scenic lookouts, a three acre PYO blueberry maze, and a dock on our private eight acre pond with available boat rentals.
At the 2WD shared parking area guests are provided with a outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a portable toilet, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and a spigot with potable water for filling containers.
Over two decades ago we created our first campsite for the purpose of hosting family and friends. Folks enjoyed camping on the mountain so much they often would choose our farm over traditional campgrounds. Hosting campers became a regular weekend event, and to accommodate more people we created three more sites spread out across the property. In 2020, we came across the Hipcamp app and started offering private reservations to the public. Since, we have been hosting campers on a daily basis and continuously improving our sites / infrastructure / views. We’re excited to see what the next two decades hold; come join us on the mountain!
Things to do on the mountain SPRING-FALL include…
Hiking on several miles of maintained nature trails marked with clear signage for easy day/night navigation. Relaxing/taking in the scenery from several scenic lookouts located on and around the mountain’s summit; combined they provide a 360-degree view spanning from the NH/ME Seacoast to the White Mountains of NH, to the Green Mountains of VT. Fishing, paddling, swimming, or relaxing on our dock. Bird/wildlife watching, berry picking, stargazing and leaf peeping.
This is a place you can easily spend a few days and keep busy!

I arrived at this site with high expectations, and it certainly delivered. You have your own designated pitch right next to the electrical hookup and picnic table. It comes with wifi, which is awesome. You have this whole hillside to yourself. My dog and I absolutely loved hanging around the fire and looking out over Thompson Lake below. I will definitely be back to this Hipcamp site.

My Wife, Fur Baby, and I stayed at Eben’s land for a weekend and had an Amazing Time!!! Let me start of by saying the host Eben was wonderful!!! He met us upon arrival and was so kind and friendly and welcoming. He goes out of his way to show you how things at the site work and truly makes sure you understand how to operate everything. He had given us a map of the property and showed us everything his land had to offer and asked us what exactly what we were looking to do. Upon us answering what it was we were looking to do his made suggestions to accommodate our needs. He made suggestions around the area that were dog friendly so we would be able to accommodate our fur baby as well. Which was very thoughtful! After we were all set with everything he left us to ourselves and what a beautiful peaceful place it is. We chose the following morning to take a hike around the property and were pleasantly pleased with all the Beautiful Views his property had to offer. There’s nothing better than lying on a hammock and looking at Mountain View’s of the Fall Foliage. It truly looked like views you would see in a book or a movie. They were truly breathtaking. It was so nice to see our fur baby run free in the wilderness and soak up all the new scents. He was in heaven. This place is relaxing, peaceful, and just what we needed to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle of Life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others and we will most certainly be back without a doubt.

Eben reached out ahead of our arrival to ensure he could meet us and provide detailed instructions about the property’s layout, complete w/ a map & personalized advice on local attractions.
Our primary goal was to relax & enjoy the hiking trails on the property. Eben provided clear directions for navigating the mountain & even provided a few links w/ hiking ideas & an ice cream recommendation later that evening.
The next day, we set out to explore. My daughter was thrilled to navigate us through the blueberry bush maze. We also found a playground w/ basketball, bocce ball, & horseshoes—a fantastic little spot! The hike to the summit was memorable, & we appreciated the chance to relax in a hammock along the way. Campsite 3 was unoccupied, so we made a detour & enjoyed the beautiful views & hammocks there. My daughter particularly loved the spooky trail we encountered on our hike!
This was the cleanest & most thoughtfully organized campsite I’ve ever experienced. The on-site porta potty was impressively maintained & the shower was excellent.
The picnic table & additional cooking/prep table were both excellent &, most importantly, level! The campsite provided a charcoal grill, complete w/ a nice table beside it, & a hose running next to the fire pit.
Eben was a wonderful host, & his property is simply spectacular. His ice cream recommendation was seriously some of the best we’ve ever had! I highly recommend stopping by for a visit—you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great time. Eben was a wonderful host, he replied right away to any questions I had before and during our stay. His directions were very helpful, and he greeted us right when we pulled in. The property itself was beautiful and the trails were easy to navigate. Everything was well thought out. There was plenty of space to prep for meals, lights that illuminated the site as well as solar lights all around the property. You can tell he really cares about the land, and wants everyone who visits to appreciate it as well. We will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing stay at Eben’s campground! easily the best RV spot we’ve visited ☺️
Tucked away in a quiet forest, each site feels private and peaceful. There’s full hookup for the RV, a great BBQ area, and even an outdoor hot shower with a view of the trees.
Eben was super welcoming and helpful from the start, and you can tell he put thought into every detail. The place is also super dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us 🐶

This was the perfect weekend! We had one of the best camping experiences of our lives! We enjoyed the spacious spot and gorgeous views. Fishing and paddle boarding were very fun! The road was not too busy, but the outhouse is a little bit of a walk from the site. Other than that we had no complaints and loved every minute we were there :)

Very friendly and accommodating. We loved the trails to the summit, especially the one with the hammock! We will definitely come back and recommend to others!

It's hard to know where to start when describing what an incredible experience we had camping at Eben's land. First, it's situated on an entire mountainside with breathtaking views at every turn. But it's what he's done with the land that makes it so special. Each site is set up perfectly, blended with the land but with practical additions like prep tables, killer fire pits, brilliantly placed hammocks, firewood, water ... I could go on and on. Anytime the camping experience would beckon a convenience, he's already thought of it. There are actual trails through the property that open up to even more views. The blueberry maze was incredible and even in the off season we walked out with handfuls of berries. Don't forget to hike up to the hoop area for some mountain basketball and horseshoes!
We travel in a small camper so we took advantage of Base Camp, which was set up perfectly with every conceivable amenity taken care of but in a way that blends with the surroundings and the environment. The filtered water and excellent power supply worked well. There is also a solar-heated outdoor shower (behind a privacy wall) that was so refreshing we preferred it. The area is fantastic, but you can easily kill a day or two just on Eben's property. He pointed us to some killer swimming holes, too. We are campers who prefer nature, and we've never been to a place that so uniquely combined its natural surroundings with necessary conveniences. It was perfect.

This place is exactly why I use HipCamp. The magic of this property simply can’t be replicated by a big commercial campground.
We stayed at Site 1 with our small RV. The site was easy to access and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more).
We had so much fun exploring the property. Eben has done a fantastic job creating a well-marked, clearly mapped trail network. We loved searching for berries in the blueberry maze, discovering several beautiful lookouts, and catching both the sunset and the full moon rise from the mountain summit, which was just a short hike from our site.
While exploring the mountain we passed a couple of the tent sites, which are hike-in only. Each was uniquely awesome and we’re planning to come back and tent on one of them soon!

Perfect RV site. Secluded with electric & water hookups for an RV. The site also came with a large fire pit, outdoor shower, sink, and charcoal grill. We’re big hikers so we really enjoyed all the trails on the property- you could easily spend an entire day just hiking these trails. Everything is very well-maintained. Great site for our dog too because he was able to have lots of freedom on the property. Overall would highly recommend checking out this RV site and property.

I spent three days and two nights at Base Camp (Site #1), and it provided the perfect dose of solitude I was craving. From the start, Eben was a fantastic host—he kept me well-informed before my arrival and greeted me warmly with a trail map in hand. His story about how he came to own this special property added a personal touch, making my stay even more memorable.
As someone who hikes often, the location couldn’t have been better. With trails right on the property, I spent most of my time exploring the beauty of Hussey Mountain, and even took a short walk down the road to hike Chesley Mountain. The amenities were a welcome luxury: electric, fresh water, a solar shower, and a cozy firepit area made my stay comfortable and easy.
This experience was exactly what I needed to recharge—peaceful surroundings, great hiking, and a host who genuinely cares about his guests and the land. I’m already looking forward to my return.

Such a cool spot! The RV site is pristine and has a fantastic setup with extras like tables, string lights, sink etc that are so helpful. Eben is a great host, gave us tons of ideas of things to do on the property as well as nearby. The property is SO cool, we spent an afternoon exploring the mountain - it's clear he takes incredible care of his land, the trails are well maintained and marked, the blueberry patches were SO amazing, and we got to check out the tent sites which also had fantastic setups with lots of extras. We had a great time!
