2 Large camping spots on the edge of a 125-acre farm. Site #1 has an open area with sunny or shaded place to set up camp. Site #2 includes a large canvas tent with all the gear you need. Guests are welcome to walk or hike around the property. There are open fields and some rough hiking trails (wear good shoes!) Small stream runs through the property and there are wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife about. These are rustic sitses with picnic table, fire ring and chemical toilet. Pretty and peaceful. Site #1 has Plenty of room to pull in a pop-up or camper. Convenient to most locations in Southern Maine and NH. Located near the center of town, there are stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Excellent location to be away from tourist areas but close enough to visit -Beaches 20-30 minutes, RT 95-15 mins, Portland 45; Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. White Mountains 1 hour 30 mins.

Tucked away on the corner of a 125 acre farm this level site is in a great location to explore all the attractions of Southern Maine. 5 minutes to groceries, many hiking tails nearby, 20 minutes to the ocean. Site has chemical toilet but no running water. Guests are welcome to hike about the property (wear good shoes) and there is a ring for campfire with plenty of wood on site. Wild turkey, deer and other wildlife in area.

Complete campsite with gear. Spacious 12 x 12 tent is 7' in the center and outfitted with a comfortable queen sized bed and basic camping supplies: picnic table, fire ring, chemical toilet, cooking supplies including propane stove (with propane) paper plates, silverware, 5 gallons potable water and 14 gallons washing water. There is one cot and sleeping bag for 3rd person, more than that you need to bring a sleeping bag. Private location on the edge of a farm property but close to southern Maine attractions for day trips. Rustic camping with a twist! Nice site has all the basics in a beautiful setting. Noah was quick to respond to us and helpful. We stayed 3 nights May 2-5th The spot was easy to find and secluded in a little nook. We didn't see anyone else. You can hear a train occasionally but it's off in the distance and didn't bother either of us. Some road noise too but mostly during commuting hours. Nights were peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we didn't sit outside much. We did find a few ticks on our dog but nothing like what we experienced in NH. You're in the woods so it's to be expected and didn't impact our stay.

good communication and straightforward spot. clean port-a-potty and trash can for the basics. can get a little muddy, so keep in mind weather. also check alerts for fire bans if you want to have campfire.

This site was fantastic! Very private and close to grocery stores and cities while at the same time being in the forest. The land is beautiful and the farm animals adorable. You can very slightly hear cars on the freeway, but the beautiful sound of crickets drown them out. The porta potty was very clean and toilet paper was provided. The host gave us a big jug of non-potable water to wash our dishes and use for cleanup! He also left the perfect “marshmallows sticks” for us to use, very thoughtful. There is a picnic table set up next to a fire pit. The site is big and you can choose where to set up your tent. There is a lot of firewood in the forest, make sure to gather them before dark! You can see the stars perfectly without light pollution. The instructions to get there are easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again!

Great spot for our camper, pups, and little one. Very private and only 15-20 minutes from the beach/great spots to eat. Very clean too! The picnic table, trash can, and porta potty very nice extra touch. Easy to find.

We enjoyed our stay. What would have made it perfect is "There is PLENTY of firewood in the woods around and on the trails nearby you are welcome to gather" which wasnt actually the case. And what we could find was wet. It would be helpful if there was some sort of protection for firewood otherwise we would have brought some. Otherwise very pretty and quite.

Awesome place and dead quiet and dark at night. Gorgeous for stargazing. Big Hannaford grocery store less than 10 minutes away. Apple Maps will take you to the right place avoiding Maple. Waze and Google maps will take you down Maple which ends up about 3 miles from the campsite at a house. I used Apple Maps to get here with no issue. My girl used Waze and then had to start over on Apple Maps. Follow Noah’s directions they are spot on. Great host. Site is pretty level using one leveling block got it perfect. Well protected from strong wind gusts and very private. So far our favorite Hipcamp. Thanks Noah!

Staying here was an introvert's dream! The land and location were perfect, offering peace and tranquility. Our dog absolutely loved it, too! No issues whatsoever—everything was just as described. Highly recommend!

Nice spot. Totally secluded and quite short of the distant traffic on Rt. 9. We enjoyed a stroll to the Inn and visit with the sheep, goat and chickens.

Satisfactory experience at this cozy spot! Accurate description and helpful guidance from the owner. Enjoyed the picnic table and fire pit, with ample firewood available. Additionally, the Porta Potty was impressively clean for tent campers. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely site! Picnic table plus a fire pit and some room to explore. It was a little muddy but Noah kindly gave us a heads up before and we just parked a short walk from where we camped. Would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our 2 nights at this camp spot. Very close to grocery store and other necessities. Nice peaceful location, and good communication from owner. Would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I loved getting to camp on this site. It’s nice, secluded, and only 15 mins away from The Proving Grounds in Lebanon. We loved walking up to the farm to see the animals and getting to see the porcupine that lives around there! Hosts are responsive and helpful, we were lucky enough to meet one of the owners on our way back from a walk and she was extremely kind. Definitely will book again. We are already making plans to come back up.

I would definitely recommend staying here, I car camped for 2 nights and will definitely be back if passing through the area. At the time I was staying there the other spot in the clearing wasn't rented out so it was just me, my gosh is it gorgeous! I parked near the pond and woke up to the birds, crickets and frogs! On the first night there was a meteor shower that I could see crystal clearly, it was unbelievable! As a solo female traveler I felt INCREDIBLY safe here, it's easy to find, and far enough from the road to feel private and not be noisy, but close enough to feel secure. The Portapotty was hands down the cleanest I've been in and Noah responded quickly when I had a question. 10/10!

Great camping site, nice clearing surrounded by trees, very peaceful and quiet. There was a cute little pond close by with dragonflies and we heard bullfrogs but never saw them. A little walk down the road (that was lined with wild blackberries and all sorts of pretty wildflowers) brought us to some sheep and a goat that the kids loved. Hosts responded quickly when we had a question and were so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!
