We had the best family weekend thanks to Melissa, and this great stay! She was so caring and kind, I had some fear of being late when arriving because we were heading up after work and she offered to light our tikis for us, we also were welcomed by beautiful flowers and a cute welcome sign.

Our campsite was really cute. The hammock was comfy and there was plenty of space. There were campers on site over, but they were far enough that we still felt alone. The night was quiet with no noise in the area. Alpacas in the morning — so cute!!

Weekend Trip to Blooming Bus Farms
Outstanding glamp camp! The details of providing comforts of camping was 5 Star! We are tent/hammock campers but for one night wanted to arrive and just enjoy time relaxing. This was spot on to arrive and enjoy camping. The night lighting was so fun. We found a gem at the speakeasy and comedy club as well.

Weekend Trip to Blooming Bus Farms
Gorgeous clamping experience. The water was hot for really nice showers and the tend was lovely. We had such a nice weekend stay. We got to feed and pet the Alpacas, enjoy some farm fresh eggs and just relax.

We visited in April. The hosts are just the nicest people. Amazingly quick response time to messages. Our site was level and nice sized! Lots of trees. Already has a hammock, small table, firewood for a fee and fire pit all at the site. A bit close to neighbors but we had no leaves on the trees so I think during the summer it would be pretty private!!
Driveway in is a bit rough so if your car is very low profile this may be hard but I did see an alternative drive in that is very level so don’t let that stop you. We got to meet and feed the alps as which my daughter loved. Soil is a bit sandy at the site so I used longer metal tent stakes but they held well through high winds, heavy rains and a thunderstorm. The great thing is that if it rains the sand just drains the water so this was a huge bonus.
It’s 40 min from Warren Dunes, 19 min to both Notre Dame and Potowatomi Zoo. Very close to gas stations and stores like Walmart also. But felt like you were away from it all. Will be back for sure!!

Weekend Trip to Blooming Bus Farms
Had a great time “glamping” at the blooming bus farm! My fiancé and I came from Chicago for a weekend away and it was perfect. The farm itself is super cute and the campsites are cozy. It rained most of our 2nd day, but we set up a table in the heated tent to play games which was perfect.
Definitely recommend for a weekend away!

Perfect warm bungalow for a family of 4! Melissa was quick to respond to any request. Stars were beautiful at night and the site had everything we needed for a couple days unplugged. It got VERY cold at night so another space heater would be nice for winter camping. Heated blankets were incredibly warm and comfortable…kids loved them! Definitely want to come back in the summer to see the blooming bus! Wonderful stay and first winter “glamping” experience with the kids!

This trip was absolutely lovely. The hosts were very kind, and I loved getting to hang out with the alpacas and dogs. There's just enough trees and brush to make the trip feel decently secluded, but it's close enough to two towns to make groceries, antiquing, and errands easy. There's also some lakes to visit in summer. We went at the end of winter with our cat, and we can't wait to return when all the flowers and leaves are out.

We had a wonderful stay at Blooming Bus Farms. This was our second time visiting the heated yurt during the winter, and it was so comfortable and cozy. We went as a family and appreciated all the details of the campsite, including fire starter, torches, the heated blankets, and comfy quilts. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and seeing the place lit up with fairy lights at night. The alpacas were so fun to see, especially Romeo who was born in May and was new since the last time we visited. We have recommended the place to several friends and hope to go back in the summer.
