Learn more about this land: This 10 acre parcel is on a south facing slope with a forest of growing trees that are all 12 feet apart. Wildlife like deer, turkeys, and an occasional moose are common. One can walk through the woods or just sit and listen to nature all around. It's a great place for hammock camping! Two miles to the East is Lake Coeur d'Alene with great boating, kayaking, and fishing. Loffs Bay has a public boat ramp and lake access. This is not a good site for RV's! It is great for a jeep/subaru/small SUV. The trees are 12 feet apart and turning around would be difficult with an RV or trailer! We are surrounded by mountains in a wooded setting. Our RV sites are shaded and grassy with spacious long-level pull-thru and nice private back-in sites up against the mountain. All of our tent sites are grassy, many are shaded by the creek. We have five unique rustic cabins, each with its own special features. Whether you are just passing through or planning to visit for a week or two, we invite you to "Come on By"... We are looking forward to hosting you and making your stay with us a memorable one! There are many fun complimentary activities available and many things to do right at the campground or within a very short distance. We offer canoe and kayak rentals for a relaxing paddle down the creek, which meanders through some very pretty scenery all the way out to the lake. A large grassy playground is available for children of all ages, and a fully fenced doggy park for the 4 legged ones. We also set up and host a nightly group campfire for roasting s'mores, or just visiting with your fellow campers. Recently renovated and expanded restrooms and showers, which are very clean and ADA-compliant. Free Wi-Fi is available, with a good signal at most sites (not recommended for streaming TV). Good satellite signal at most sites, but no cable hookups. Two playgrounds for kids of all ages. The covered pavilion is available for family gatherings. Horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, and volleyball court. Laundry room with new front-loading machines. Lake Coeur D'Alene is located within 2 miles of the campsite. Swimming is allowed in the creek, but there is no lifeguard on duty. Fishing is allowed in the creek, but it is catch-and-release only. Rentals are available for canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, float tubes, three-wheeled fun cycles, and a Bayliner Capri speed boat for lake fun.

Quiet time 10 pm. 7 minutes into downtown CDA, resort, many shops and restaurants. 7 minutes to boat launches, rentals, kayaks and the Spokane River. 1 hour to Sandpoint Idaho and Schweitzer Ski Resort. 40 minutes to Washington State. Lots of hiking, exploring and water fun in the PNW. Our property has an address sign and B&B Farms sign on the telephone pole with mirror at the driveway. Please turn right and head straight up to the split and continue straight. This is a shared driveway, please don’t disturb the neighbors. It huckleberry picking time July - mid August! Ask us for a referral!

Easy 30 mile drive to Coeur D Alene or Spokane, or you can take a nice drive to St Maries, the St Joe, Moscow for one of the best Farmers markets. The property has a pond close and it brings with it, wildlife for a early morning drink.Local farmer market is on Thursdays a few miles away. This area is filled with historical sites and a great area to explore. We are pet friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash or fence.
