Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando.
This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay.
Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites.
Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants.
Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too.
Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).
Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property.

An 8' x 7' yoga deck is a great place to stretch out, and doubles as your tent's platform when it's time to set up camp. A rich variety of wild birds visit regularly, recognizing it as a safe haven for wildlife. And though we can't guarantee you'll see a rare one, we can guarantee you'll see CHICKENS! Six of them in fact, Salty, Sleepy, Jet, Little Comb, Tapatio, and Dutchess. These friendly, curious, and fearless little marauders are guaranteed to make your acquaintance, and if you're not looking, invite themselves to share your breakfast. They free roam the yard during daylight hours, so please help us keep all gates shut to prevent them from going on an unscheduled field trip. They will also leave "landmines" on the pathways, so be sure to watch your step. We do our best to keep everything clean and tidy, but chickens abhor tidiness. And will go out of their way to unleash chaos at every turn. Still, we love the little bird brains and they are an entertaining addition to the grounds. They're also the reason we ask that all pets, and children under 12, be left at home. We thank you for your understanding and help in preserving the safety of our flock, and as thanks, please help yourself to any fresh eggs in the chicken coop. This is only a brief description, there's so much more to see on-site, but you'll also want to make your way out into the city (15 minute drive) for some of the unique flair St Pete is known for. Check out the Salvadore Dali museum and see his famous surrealist paintings. Visit some of the best beaches in the country, like St Pete Beach (15 minutes drive due West). Wander the Fort Desoto historical park area. Or Stop by the Morean Arts Center and see live glass blowing demonstrations, or just walk along Central Ave to soak up the cool vibe and rich city art scene. Complete with murals, sculptures, and a pier scene that's not to be missed.

We have a paved circular driveway overlooking our beehives, henhouse and seasonal garden where you’ll find a table with chairs and plenty of space to cookout and enjoy a quiet evening with a great sunset by the blowing bamboo.
This is one of South St Pete’s oldest neighborhoods- it surrounds an active former PGA golf course and lively country club. It’s a great place for safely biking or walking with green spaces, tennis courts, playgrounds and dog parks nearby.
There are many owls, raptors, green parrots, purple martins and osprey overhead as we’re just a few blocks from the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. - not to be missed!
The Pinellas Trail is just a short bike ride away too and can lead you to downtown. It is a cyclists favorite!

They will also leave "landmines" on the pathways, so be sure to watch your step. We do our best to keep everything clean and tidy, but chickens abhor tidiness. And will go out of their way to unleash chaos at every turn. Still, we love the little bird brains and they are an entertaining addition to the grounds. They're also the reason we ask that all pets, and children under 12, be left at home. It’s an ideal location to explore St Pete as we are right between the beaches and downtown (5 miles to St Pete beach, 4 miles to downtown -$10 Uber ride), Sarasota and/or Tampa. Ours is an urban spot based on ease, safety and location, not a wilderness "experience"
We have a paved circular driveway overlooking our beehives, henhouse and seasonal garden where you’ll find a table with chairs and plenty of space to cookout and enjoy a quiet evening with a great sunset by the blowing bamboo.
This is one of South St Pete’s oldest neighborhoods- it surrounds an active former PGA golf course and lively country club. It’s a great place for safely biking or walking with green spaces, tennis courts, playgrounds and dog parks nearby.
There are many owls, raptors, green parrots, purple martins and osprey overhead as we’re just a few blocks from the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. - not to be missed!
The Pinellas Trail is just a short bike ride away too and can lead you to downtown. It is a cyclists favorite!

Welcome to the fun and exciting town of Bradenton, FL. Come stay in this cozy “Tiny Home” within an RV Park where you can enjoy many amenities offered by the park and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and many attractions. This is a legitimate “Tiny Home” with 2 lofts, queen size beds in each loft, a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, full stove /oven, refrigerator/ freezer and in home washer and dryer. It comes with a full bath with walk in shower and a living room with a queen size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. It has all the comforts of home only tinier. The home also offers a deck to relax on along with a charcoal grill where you can grill up some delicious meals and a fire pit (don’t forget your wood, charcoal and ingredients for s’mores).
Pets are welcome at Tiny Treasures for $50 per booking. If you would like to bring your pet, please add the pet fee which is listed as an extra during the booking process.

Located on the side of our home, it’s equipped with electric (heat and AC), propane, filtered water, and full sewer! This beautiful home on wheels will accommodate up to 5 people! It has a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a pull out couch and two full size bunkbeds. Fully stocked with clean and comfy bedding, bath and swim towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, toiletries, a kuerig with quality coffee, seasonings/olive oil, blue ray player w/ tons of DVDs, board games/playing cards, and even corn hole boards and bags (available by request)-basically everything is in there ready for you to enjoy this Floridian Paradise! The shower is nice and big and the bathroom has its own door to the outside. We are located 3 minutes from Sarasota Bay and 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island! There are over 20 amazing state parks within 35 miles of our location so you can explore your heart out! St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach (and countless more), the Manatee Viewing Center and the Skyway Fishing Pier (longest fishing pier in the world) are about 30-45 mins away! Venice and Casperson Beach- the shark tooth capital of the world- is less than a hour drive from us! Come and go as you please! Safe and welcoming neighborhood. What a warm and wonderful family to share this experience with. Mandy and Beau welcomed us so genuinely that we honestly forgot we were Hipcampers — it felt like staying with longtime friends. The location is a perfect blend of upscale, peaceful neighborhoods and unbeatable access to the area’s best beaches: Anna Maria, Cortez, Coquina, Holmes, and Bradenton Beach are all just minutes away, with easy walks to the shoreline and nearby fishing piers. The calm, clear water and soft white sand make it ideal for families with kids.
Within just a few miles you’ll find a golf country club, a sports complex, and a full shopping area with Publix and Target. And truly, you don’t need to bring a thing — the RV is spotless, thoughtfully organized, fully stocked with EVERYTHING, and spacious enough for the whole family.

Loved our hosts. They were very responsive to requests and troubleshooting. Loved being able to hang out with their family as our dogs played. Camper was well equipped with we could possibly need- in the camper and for going to the beach. They provided dog bowls and a dog mat for us to use. Their son was sweet and very respectful and polite. Loved meeting some of his friends as well
The Neil had many young children that played outside. Neighborhood was safe and relatively quiet outside of work hours when leaving for work.
Great family- would definitely book again.

What a place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Clean sites with fire pits (some with grills too), water and picnic tables. Cows, horses, goats roaming free. Water access for those that’d like to fish! Will definitely come back!

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is ideal. Close to Anna Maria Island, but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. It was the best of both worlds.
Several incredible restaurants were within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy the area without constantly driving. The host was amazing and very responsive, and the property felt safe and calm throughout my stay.
I would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect place for being close to the island without paying island money. Emilie greeted us when we first came in, and then left us alone for the rest of the stay. Her place is very peaceful, it's a dead end so very few cars driveby. The spot was nice and shaded, we stayed a week and I would definitely stay again.

Loved it! Really beautiful and well maintained yard and home. We stayed at the henhouse and our cats loved watching the chickens.
It felt very private because of all of the plants even though it’s on a corner lot.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood, little to no road noise at night.
We ubered to downtown and it was about $10-20. There is a free trolley that goes around downtown.
We also loved fort de Soto park 20min other direction.
Got good solar and Starlink connection.
Would definitely stay again!
