They free roam the yard during daylight hours, so please help us keep all gates shut to prevent them from going on an unscheduled field trip. They will also leave "landmines" on the pathways, so be sure to watch your step. We do our best to keep everything clean and tidy, but chickens abhor tidiness. And will go out of their way to unleash chaos at every turn. Still, we love the little bird brains and they are an entertaining addition to the grounds. They're also the reason we ask that all pets, and children under 12, be left at home. We thank you for your understanding and help in preserving the safety of our flock, and as thanks, please help yourself to any fresh eggs in the chicken coop. This is only a brief description, there's so much more to see on-site, but you'll also want to make your way out into the city (15 minute drive) for some of the unique flair St Pete is known for. Check in was quick and easy at the entrance, we were escorted to our site, and the accommodations for us and our pets were excellent. The trailer was clean and well equipped, including kitchen equipment, fresh towels, and linens. The WiFi worked well, and there was a good selection of cable channels on tv. There was such a large choice of amenities in the park that most people could stay busy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, activities throughout the day, and walking trails all over the park. Additionally there is an on site restaurant next to the pool to pick up a quick meal. Would definitely stay there again. Check out was a simple task of dropping off the key.

Jessica was friendly and great with communication, both leading up to my stay and during my visit. There were lots of RVs on site, as well as a cozy circle for tents. 2 nights at The Bougainvillea Glamping Tent
This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. As a nurse i prioritize peace and self care off the clock.....this property was definitely peaceful in a surrounding of nature that influences self care. Dawns land was full of greenery, she organized rental spaces to prioritize privacy. Our rental space was clean and organized. Easily to become a romantic setting for any couple. Bathroom was very clean and cute! Dawn herself was a welcoming and down to earth personality, which is refreshing. So detailed with around the area activities and food. We did not get to use the hot tub (we forgot about it) but I can garentee that would've been just as impressive. I plan to rent again! Thanks Dawn!!!!♡

Weekend Trip to Coco Plum
Ancelin and Aaron have served up the best of glamorous camping at Coco Plum. With a thatched roof and three walls you have have indoor privacy while still feeling very much outdoors. It really seems like they have thought of everything and have put a lot of love and attention to detail into this place. You are sharing their property and they are extremely gracious and warm hosts, welcoming you to use the pool, hot tub, boats and bikes. This is a place for nature lovers and nature is there in abundance, so if you are uncomfortable with critters, including snakes, spiders, wasps, and mice, this stay is not for you. If on the other hand you love critters, you will be spoiled here and like me, probably not want to leave.

Weekend Trip to The Bougainvillea Glamping Tent
Dawn and her family have created an oasis that will rejuvenate and renew your spirit. The gardens are radiant, the tent and restroom was tastefully decorated and all the amenities of a hotel are available - the towels were so soft and the bed was so comfortable! Best part is the hospitality offered by the host who made you feel very welcomed. I will be coming back as my get away retreat.
