The best campgrounds near West Vero Corridor, Florida with wifi provided

Had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The campsite itself was very private, and the proximity to the “private-ish” beach was the best part. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect private getaway. The only downside was that the mini fridge at our site wasn’t working, so we had to rely on our cooler. Aside from that small issue, it was a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back for the peace and quiet.

10 nights at Nettles Island Coastal Resort

First time to Nettles Island! Our campsite was in the portion closer to the main road and beach. Really nice spot! Private too. Even though the paved level spot is between two units, there is greenery on the side, so you feel like you have privacy. The spot was very quiet. Short walk to the beach and front pool, which is right by the beach. The other pool is also walkable. That one has two hot tubs. There is a small store and restaurant on Nettles. Store makes sandwiches and sells hot coffee, as well as anything else you might need. Shuckers is in walking distance if you want to go to a restaurant/bar for night life. We really enjoyed our stay.

Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet neighbors. All amenities were clean and well maintained. The two pool areas are large with lots of chairs, lounges and tables. Activity center and gym machines. Great beachside location. Will definitely be back!

Amazing view! Lots to do. Loved the pool and strolling / biking the neighborhood. Beautiful houses and properties, friendly people, felt safe and a great place for kids. We didn’t use the pickle ball, tennis, or shuffle board courts but there were a few people on them. Very impressed with the whole place. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary

What a great place! First of all, you are just across the street from the beach and from a turtle sanctuary!! It’s one of the last spots on the Atlantic coast of Florida which is not overdeveloped. I hesitate to broadcast it too much as it is so special! John runs a small surf shop and a surf camp. So there’s a low key, cool business attached to the property (filled with great books to be loaned). The yurt is quite comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It’s very quiet and surrounded by jungle like foliage. I highly recommend this place. We will absolutely be back. My only suggestion is in summer note that they have mosquitoes. It’s manageable, but prepare in advance.

Weekend Trip to Nettles Island Coastal Resort

This is a great place to stay. Lots of activities included. You can plan a stay here and have so much to do! Two pools on location, beach access, a restaurant and more! The only negative review is the check in process. It is not explained that you need your vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and, if you bring pets, you need their vaccination log. You must go to the front office w all info in hand. Overall, we will happily stay here again! Beautiful resort. I sent a message to the owner and got no response, but the front office was accommodating at check in.

Weekend Trip to Beach Island Retreat Indialantic FL

Review Hipcamp 24.-26.5. Lisa and Derek are the best hosts, super-nice, generous, flexible and friendly. We had to push our reservation to the next day on very short notice, and they graciously accommodated that. They greeted us like friends, and treated us to super fresh fish caught by Derek the same day, and delicious eggs laid by their beautiful backyard chickens. Their yard is an oasis, a true little paradise with lush plantings, a very nice pool and inviting patio area to relax in. My personal favorite features were the wonderful outdoor shower and the little secluded seating area in the bamboo grove by "our" driveway. And, of course, the chickens ! The location is great, too, it is literally a 5 minute walk down the street to the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and stores- the area has a lot to offer, and Lisa and Derek were happy to share their inside knowledge. We highly recommend this super- cool hip camp retreat!

Nice place to spend a night camping. Lots of farm animals and open areas to walk around. Cute kitties too. Host was very nice and brought us his equipment to make a fire at night. You can see so many stars at night, beautiful.

Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary

I stayed here with my children for Mother's Day Weekend. We were delighted to find out that it's on an island! Very close to the beach and state parks. They are in the middle of building a new platform to put the dome on. I was a little sad we had the view of a half-finished construction project, but for future visitors that will be an amazing upgrade. DON'T SKIP THE BUG SPRAY!!

Loved this spot! We were able to tent camp on their land and enjoy all of the sweet silly animals. Bobbi was so sweet and accomidating! During the day we went out on hikes in the nearby kissimmee prairie preserve state park and at night we laid out on the trampoline an looked at the stars (even saw a few shooting ones!).

It's a sweet funky spot off the beaten path. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. An animal lover's gem; they have goat's, mini cows, pigs, chickens, horses, mini horses, donkeys, a water Buffalo, and emus! My children loved interacting with the friendly animals and floating on kayaks in the pond.

What a cool place! Bobi and Jim were great with the communication, highly recommend! Loved the dip in the pond before the sun went down and the kitties and emu were very friendly. Will definitely return in the future.

Outdoor shower, cold water only unless you are able to warm water using the sun and water reservoir provided.

My best friend and I enjoyed our first yurt camping experience. John, the onsite host, was kind and very hospitable. Location is walkable to the beach, though I wouldn’t recommend for families with small children. The location is quiet and private.
