This is, by far, the most amazing Hipcamp we have experienced to date! We stayed in a 40’ Class A motorhome and there was plenty of room for us and our dogs. The view is spectacular and the site was clean, comforting and relaxing. Laura is an amazing host and was very accommodating and understanding when we had issues with our motorhome and had to replace it with a rental while ours was being repaired. She even stored some of our food for us that wouldn’t fit in the rental fridge. The view of the lake was very nice and we even watched three rocket launches from the dock. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this site to anyone!

I found this site for its location to the North Apopka Lake loop trail. Its about 100 yards to the trailhead.
Great hosts. Sites were quiet and kept up nicely. They even had fresh eggs for sale.

The entire property was really amazing, there were lots of campers but it still felt very private overall. The outdoor shower was great and the bathroom was very spacious and well stocked. It was also close to grocery stores and close enough to the downtown area that driving to either was easy. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Sam's place near Cocoa was the perfect base for exploring both Cocoa Beach and Titusville. While I was there I was able to catch a Starlink launch from the Titusville Space View Park. I also went the other direction and caught the Sands Space Force museum and Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach.
If you're heading to the area Sam's place is a great place to stay. But beware that it's not for the big rigs. I'm a 21ft travel trailer. I stayed on the driveway spot. And I felt like I was taking up the whole thing.
I loved that my door was away from the house. I felt like I was in my own place, even though I was steps from the house.
Steve is a great host. He left me alone all week, but I felt like I could call on him for anything while I was there. And as a long time resident of the area he knows where everything is that you'll need.

Lee’s property is clean, well maintained, and serene. We loved the horses, deer, and a vocal owl! The hookups are perfect. The area is tranquil yet just a few miles from everything you need. The best part of our stay was Lee. He is quiet but accessible to his guests. Lee never intrudes but does make sure his guests have what they need. We had a long stay so Gene and I got to know Lee a bit and we will definitely return when we come back to Florida next year. We highly recommend this location.

If you're looking for a quiet space to relax and spread out, away from the cramped and noisy campgrounds, then this is the place. Lee was very nice, helping me get settled in, and equally respectful of space and privacy. There were three other guests, and they were all quiet and respectful.
After being on the road for the past 8 months and often in cramped campgrounds, this was a very pleasant change. Lee's property was clean and easy to find. We would definitely return if ever in the area again.

Samuel was very friendly and accommodating. Nice cement pad with water and electric. Hook up. The property was beautiful with lovely trees and foliage. Perfect location to go and see the rocket launch the night we stayed.
