This is, by far, the most amazing Hipcamp we have experienced to date! We stayed in a 40’ Class A motorhome and there was plenty of room for us and our dogs. The view is spectacular and the site was clean, comforting and relaxing. Laura is an amazing host and was very accommodating and understanding when we had issues with our motorhome and had to replace it with a rental while ours was being repaired. She even stored some of our food for us that wouldn’t fit in the rental fridge. The view of the lake was very nice and we even watched three rocket launches from the dock. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this site to anyone!

Great place to camp, secluded and quiet. You’re 30 yds from the lake shore. On some days you can watch small seaplanes doing touch and goes on the lake. You’re about 30-35 mins from outskirts of Orlando and 35min from New Smyrna Beach.

I stated this hip camp for 3 days. It's a nice little quiet location off the beaten path. Night time is super dark with no imposing street lights or anything of that nature. The pond was not really visible, but it didn't make any difference to me and for my purposes. It was spacious with plenty of room for me to unload my motorcycle for trips down into Kissimmee. Matt was a true Joy, polite and respectful. If you're looking for a place with no real frills, this is a spot for you. I paid about $20 a day, and I had power. Having power is always a benefit so that I could recharge my external batteries, my battery packs and charge up my refrigerator. I look forward to visiting this hip Camp again in the near future. Five stars

Absolute gem of a property. We had a wonderful stay and decided to tent camp, which turned out to be a great experience. Jason and Julian were excellent hosts and clearly take great care of the property. All amenities were clean, well-maintained, and readily available throughout the day.
Jason personally gave us a tour upon arrival, provided access codes, showed us where to camp, and even supplied power, which was greatly appreciated.
The property truly feels like a mini resort — private beach access, kayaks, a pool, and you can even see the Disney fireworks at night.
The other guests on the property were friendly and respectful as well. Overall, a fantastic experience with zero issues. I would highly recommend staying here.

Margarita was wonderful and accommodating to my requests to change my stay (I was moving - problems arose). I am new to having a motorhome and Rob went above & beyond to help me figure it out. He's great.
I wish I could've stayed longer to experience the misty morning field again, with the animals revealing as the mist evaporated with the sunrise. So very, very beautiful.
Only thing - Wifi needs an extender; doesn't have range enough to be useful in current location without one.

My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great.
Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient.
But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!
