Property is gated and in rural area, but close to everything with lots of nearby options for entertainment, shopping, food, etc. We have 2 separate 30 amp connections with water. NO Septic available unless you have portable tank to empty yourself. Have pasture and barn for boarding horses for an extra fee, and have dogs and 2 outdoor cats on site. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views, safe roads for walking, and you can see rocket launches right from the yard!

Welcome to Tyde Water Manor, As full time RV travelers for 5 years, we wanted to give back to the RV community. Passing through the area and need a place to stay or park? Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) We have one back in site on gravel by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest.
If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

This was easy to get in and out. Easy set up without a hitch. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect place to stop in the space coast area. Just was communicative and helpful. Felt safe in a home and neighborhood environment.

This was a perfect place to park our camper while going on a cruise. Having electric available meant not having to empty the refrigerator (yea!). The spot is very secure, next to the host's house in a fenced in yard. It's on a level paved driveway, easy to back into. The host, Scott was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes and kayaks as well. It's easy to get to and not far from Port Canaveral. Also very affordable. We would definitely store our camper (27 ft class C) there again.

I've stayed at nearly every Hipcamp in Orlando and Christy's is the prettiest. The trees are gorgeous as well as the view of horse Meadow behind.
If someone else books you might have to share and we did but we still felt like there's plenty of room, more than a RV park.
Electricity and water worked great. It's close enough to everything you need, yet far away enough to be private.
Plan to stay again!

I really loved staying on Scott’s property. Super quiet. Very peaceful. The family was also very sweet when we saw them. It was very nicely taken care of and accommodated all that we needed. Would definitely go back and stay there. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very nice place and very nice people.

Great stay, wonderful according host, and pretty area. Location to Orlando wasn't too bad, either. I enjoyed myself. I would just note that the "water" hook up is the hosts open offer to fill your water tanks, instead of a full time water hook up. They DID offer to combine hoses with me to run the hose all the way from the house and across the drive way to my parking spot, which I declined, so they were willing to help me achieve what I wanted. I decided, as where I wanted to park my trailer would be too far, though. Still, 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Was barely a setback, just worth noting in case living off of your tanks isn't possible for your rig.

Site was great. We would recommend and will probably return. Our son was in a competition at UCF and the location was great! Cristy was a fantastic host. Getting in and out of the gate was a little tight with our 34' travel trailer, but manageable. Google maps gave directions through Parry Lane, thankfully not when we had the trailer attached! Do NOT go Parry Lane. It's a one way road through a trailer park. Two other roads to get there are fine.

Due to back road choices I arrived later than anticipated. Cristy was unable to meet me for my late arrival, but she was very thorough with the description of her property, how to get in and also where to locate to hook up to water and electricity.
The property was quiet and was very convenient for access to the locations I was going to.

Spent a few days camping on Cristy's lovely Hipcamp property. Site was level and easy to access with our van. Electricity and water were available to us as well. Cristy met us upon arrival to show us the ropes and give us all the information we needed. Would definitely recommend.
