My son and I stayed at Ramayana Cove while we were in town hunting at Razzor Ranch, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin is rustic, but more than sufficient—clean, comfortable, and a great place to recharge after long days outdoors.
The property itself is beautiful. What really stood out were the nighttime bonfires and the sky. With no light pollution, the stars were incredible—clear, bright, and endless. Sitting by the fire under that kind of sky with my son made for some memorable conversations and a true reset from everyday life.
If you’re looking for something polished and luxury-driven, this isn’t that. But if you want peaceful, natural, and authentic Florida outdoors with a quiet, unplugged vibe, this place delivers.

It has everything you need! The beds are super comfortable! The firepit was beautifully set up. The bathroom was clean and the outdoor shower was great! We just spent an amazing weekend at Blue Fox Ranch Lake Farm with our kids .The farm is beautiful, peaceful, and feels truly family friendly. Luiz is a wonderful host and you can tell he puts a lot of love into this place.
The kids had the time of their lives playing with the horses and other farm animals. Evenings by the campfire were a highlight for all of us and stargazing in the quiet country air.
We also went fishing on the lake and actually caught a few fish, which was super exciting. On top of that, we bought fresh eggs from Luiz and they were absolutely delicious, such a treat compared to store bought.
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway where your children can experience nature, animals, and real farm life, this is the perfect spot. We felt safe, welcomed, and completely recharged after our stay. Highly recommend visiting Luiz and spending a few nights at this special campsite.

The truth is that the photos do not do this place justice: it is much more beautiful in real life than I ever imagined. Great spot on the water. U can fossil right there or rent a canoe for $50 to get around. Beautiful oaks every where. There is a community area u can cook at with big fireplace. We stayed in the tiny house because I hurt my back. The kids stayed in loft and wife and I tried sofa bed. Don't do it. We ended up putting cushions on floor and slept. Off grid camping with a hot (gas) shower and stove. Beautiful Oak trees dressed in Spanish Mosh, it’s was an ideal getaway for our natural loving weekend, clean and well maintained. We recommend!
