My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it!  Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house.  So, we decided to start searching.  Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach.  But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January.  We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month.  So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway.  We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale.  We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it!  And now, we can share it with all of you.  Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends.  You only live once!   GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side).  The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path).  Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach! This was our first visit to the forgotten coast of Pt Saint Joe and we had just a lovely time with this perfect location! We loved the state park just down the road and enjoyed a snorkeling and sunset tour in town. Justin and Misty were helpful with answering any questions and replying promptly! If I were to share one piece of information for future visitors- this is a sleepy little town and most restaurants/stores close around 9pm. This town is not the fast pace tourist beach town that some may be used to. There is no late night dinners after a long day on the beach. That being said, we loved how quiet this town is! There’s no fighting traffic to get back to your rental or super long waits at restaurants (the Italian Kitchen and Sparks was so delicious!!) Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!

This site is great! Great beach access. The path to the beach is nicely kept by a lawn care business. Private spot. The beach is less crowded compared to the Mexico Beach area. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

Large very well maintained site with very ample privacy. The best is the sunsets. This site is perfectly placed for the outstanding sunsets or watching the clouds roll in.I,personally am not an accomplished bird watcher but I was amazed at different species around. Location to either restaurants or beaches are not far. Full hookup always makes it nice also. We have stayed here before and both times communication with Ulises was top notch! Thank you! Will be back!

This is such a great gulf front lot. It's pretty level with small gravel lining the driveway. Nice little raised deck and a charcoal grill available for your use. We had no problem pulling in with our Airstream and getting our truck out of the way for use. The path to the gulf is clear and the beach is amazing! Double bag your garbage or place in the bed of your truck until you leave as there's at least one bobcat tipping the trash can over to get to the contents. Would love to go back sometime.

We loved camping here! The views were amazing and there was plenty of space for the kids to safely explore. We prefer our own space when camping and this was perfect! Close drive to town with cute restaurants, and shops. Easily bike-able to Salinas Park (public beach access), or a walk with a wagon. Ulises and Daylen were very helpful when I asked for some recommendations. We can’t wait to book with them again!

Wow! Where to begin. We had the best time at Justin & Misty’s land. The beach was beautiful and so private. We were the only people there. The dark sky did not disappoint - even with an almost full moon, I do believe it when they say Cape San Blas is a Bortle 2. Excellent spot. Excellent stay! Thank you!
