Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. I've stayed here twice now and I will say under the new management it is a complete 180 from last time. The park is actually kept up with. They were having a farmers market when we showed up. It is super quiet and priced fair. Only issue is they double booked my spot but they had it taken care of within minutes.

Better than expected. The view overlooking the water was amazing, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets that made it worth every penny. The spot was clean, quiet, and easy to set up. The shower house was small but well kept. Bring a 30 to 50 amp adapter as it states in the listing. Great stay, would definitely come back.

This pole barn camping spot is in a great location half way between Port St Joe and Cape San Blas. It’s large enough for almost any RV or camper. Full hookup, a screened porch, and one of the best features is that there’s a pay ice machine right beside it that also has filtered water…$3 for 20 pounds of ice, and .25c for a gallon of water. Lindsey is very responsive, and a joy to correspond with. We will certainly stay here again!

Retroville was exactly what we were looking for as we made our way down home from a two week road trip. First off Dowlin and Denese are amazing hosts! They were so friendly and welcoming, great communication throughout, and gave us all the information we needed to make the best out of our short stay. We loved the retro style of their welcome center, nostalgic toys, newspapers, pictures, and decor. We were close to all the hot spots along 30A and the site was quiet and clean. We will definitely be back

Our family of five, along with two dogs absolutely loved this location! Although it's not directly on the beach, it's close enough to to enjoy everything and peaceful. During storms that passed through the covered spot was perfect to keep our RV safe and the corn hole was an enjoyable amenity as well! We only wish our stay could have been longer. The only issue we ran into was eating out on Sunday evening in the area, most things are limited and close early, so we drove into Panama City to eat out with family as we just arrived and didn't feel up to cooking. Mexico Beach was our go to beach spot. We enjoyed the light house on St. George Island and got way more sun than we should have. Thank you again for your gracious hospitality! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for something out of the hustle and bustle of PCB.

As always, we enjoyed the property so much! Lindsey is a great host and she is always immediately available for any questions. The location is in the center of the Simon Bayou area which is great for camping and fishing as well as very nice restaurants. We will definitely stay again at the bungalow.
