There’s amazing beach access and short bike right away to all the fun. At the site you get amazing views of the forest that make you feel like your world away.

We didn’t get to stay long enough but this has such great access to the beach and seaside. It is tucked away in a perfect spot and hosted by the sweetest family. We loved coming back at night and seeing it all lit up. Just wish we could’ve enjoyed more and sat around the fire pit! We will definitely be back.

Loved the view. The cottages were full the whole time, but we still felt like we had the whole site to ourselves. It is out from the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything you need. One of the neighbors has dogs, but they only barked when someone pulled up. I didn't get to catch a 27 lb bass because the wind would not cooperate, but i feel like a record breaker is in there somewhere. Sadly I did not see any alligators.. lol

New in Fall 2024, this beautiful lake front RV pad has access to Deer Point Lake with a private dock, 2 fishing Kayaks, a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is 50 amp service for RVs and an additional 50 / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles. If you have 30 amp service, please bring an adapter. The price includes electric, sewage and water hookup as well for you RV or Camper. Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay. This is an RV pad only on a private lot, not a campground. It offers much more privacy than a campground. You must bring your own RV or camper. No showers or bathrooms on site. Deer Point lake is known for its big bass and record Shellcrackers so bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake just steps outside your front door is also a good option. The property is located 20 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 15 minutes from Panama City airport, 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 45 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.
