David's set up is so nice we visited twice! This was our second visit to Panhandle Paradise and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. The outdoor shower is so nice and convenient. The covered picnic area is great for cooking and eating outside. The only advice I have is to bring bug spray! We got eaten alive by mosquitoes on the first night (after a rain shower). After that night, they weren't bad at all, but the damage was done. We lived with anti-itch cream for the rest of our trip. It was still wonderful, though!

Weekend Trip to Blue Springs Private RV Site
This was the getaway I needed!!! Behind a gate down a compact dirt road lies a hidden gem. If you want a spot in the city, this isn't it. But if you want a peaceful getaway...this IS it! Amanda & Joel are BEYOND amazing! I've never stayed anywhere that put that much effort into making sure everything was perfect! The communication was top tier! From the day I arrived with pictures to ensure I don't get lost, invited me out on a hike with them, making sure they were there on my arrival to ensure everything worked properly with my Camper Van, letting me know to be aware of certain things like animals, weather, etc. I had full hookups, a heated outdoor shower (propane tank), a large space all to my own, internet, a feeling of pure safety which I don't get in a lot of places like this, and my personal favorite...a small laundry house that's all included instead of paying per load at a laundry facility. The spring is SO close for swimming, kayaking, & picnicking. ❤️'d it so much, I extened!

We were honored to be the first campers at Panhandle Paradise! My husband, six year old daughter, and I spent five nights here. It was absolutely perfect. The site is easy to navigate and quiet. The cover helped keep our camper cool and the outdoor shower was a life saver. We really liked the location. It's only three blocks (approximately) from Port St. Joe Beach. The area itself is a wonderful: a laid back bench community. There are ample places to park and beach access points. We will definitely come back!

Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. Built in 1922, "Millville Mansion"—a quaint cottage named by my mother’s family—offers 2 cozy RV spaces, one on a concrete pad, replacing the garage lost to Hurricane Michael; and the second on a large gravel parking area. While the area is still recovering from the hurricane, the property is fully functional, and its charm remains intact. Amenities (shared with tenants and other RV guests): Guests can enjoy: A screened-in porch A spacious back deck shaded by a historic oak tree Ample private parking for vehicles and a boat (bring your own) A shared laundry room (2 free loads included with hookups; $5/load for extras) Site 1 has 50Amp Site 2 has 30 Amp Both sites have water available, shared via a Y connector at the faucet. You’ll find a covered front porch overlooking Millville Cemetery and a concrete parking area as well as a gravel area in the back, perfect for setting up your RV and outdoor living space.
