Daryl & Nancy are very accommodating and kind. They are truly salt of the earth. The nature trails on site are fun to wander through and get a little lost in.. The bathroom & shower they allow access to has great water pressure and is very clean. Staying here for the week was almost like staying with extended family. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again without hesitation. My favorite part was allowing my dogs to swim and roam freely in the pond.

Cool little farm with all kinds of animals. If you aren't aware farm birds (guinea fowl, chickens and geese) do make noise so don't be surprised by that. The campsite was nice and fairly secluded in a small stand of trees. The animals were all very friendly especially the livestock guardian dogs who roamed the property all day and night. I definitely recommend sampling their dairy goods. The yogurt was so delicious. I should have bought more bc me and my daughter kept fighting for the "next bite". I didn't try the other dairy products but they had to be just as good. The only suggestion would be a pair of ear plugs if you're tent camping as the interstate is very close by and traffic noise can be heard all night. I doubt rv campers would be bothered. Regardless I highly recommend this campground.

This is the best place ever. Daryl and Nancy are the most amazing hosts. Kind, loving, caring. I have traveled the world and not often have I met such incredible people! Highly recommend this place. It is very peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to rest

Very accommodating and the site - private. The deck added a special feature to the stay. The nursery is alive with life. Daryl and Nancy were fun to interact with and the extra facilities modern and convenient. Great stay and highly recommend it. Ed & Susie

I love staying with Mike and Maggie. These folks are so welcoming and down to earth that you instantly feel like you belong. Don't skip the shower. It's got some serious on-demand hot water and great water pressure.

This campground is very clean and well taken care of. Host's Daryl and his wife were awesome and took plenty of time telling me about the camp. Shower, laundry were spotless. They are doing upgrades to tent sites which have platforms for tents. Campfires are welcome and it s gated. Would recommend this campground 100% and the next time I go through the area I will be spending some time there again. Craig B

Weekend Trip to Maggie's Musical Farm

I stayed at Maggies in a 33 ft Motor home. Class C. We boon docked which is a fairly new experience. I changed my reservations and Maggie was very accommodating. We stayed for one night in order that I could visit a Niece in Southport near Panama City. When driving to Maggie"s I passed it up the first time. The Sign was obscured some by plants. I went quite a ways to be able to turn around. Maggie met us and was helpful in getting onto her property. I was questioning if the gate was wide enough. It is a double gate but only one side open. Upon opening the 2nd gate and disconnecting toad I was able to go trough gate easily. Maggie's place is very unique. I would love to be there when they are playing music on the stage area. There were port a pots that had just been cleaned and outdoor showers with hot water. We did not need to use but I would have if I needed to. We had all we needed in the motorhome. I would go back and stay here.

I had a small 5th wheel and there was plenty of room . Plus it was easy to find on google maps. Kari and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Kari's lavendar shop, right on the property, has all kinds of nice smelling goodies.

We loved Moonpie Farm! The land is beautiful and it was very peaceful. Elizabeth was awesome and we loved all the different farm animals and her pups! We will definitely be back!!!

Nancy and Daryl are amazing hosts. Friendly and kind! The space is big and has pretty walking trails to explore. Having laundry on site is wonderful as well as a clean bathhouse. We will be back again in a few weeks. Location: Lots to check out in that area of Florida and close to Alabama and Georgia so you can explore places.

We had a great experience at Hidden Cypress Farms - though short. It was just a one night booking, but made us want to come back for a longer visit. Daryl and Nancy were accommodating hosts, and the farm had everything we could ever need - full hookups, walking trails, shower & laundry facilities. Highly recommend this Hipcamp spot!

Mike & Maggie bought this beautiful property 40 years ago. Their house, The Cracker Shack, is 100 plus years old and is the second generation home of the Gainer family who settled the Econfina area in the 1820's. It's made of heart pine and the fireplace was carved from the limestone in Econfina Creek.

The property has been in my family since the early 1930s. the old homestead was my Great Grandparents, it still standing and I currently under demo once complete we are building a small cabin The old barn is now where most of the birds roost. The Greasy Skillet is now a big chicken coop. during hurricane Michael a big tree uprooted and up-rooted the concrete slab with it. What is now my home was my grandparent's house. I renovated some of it and moved in after the loss of my grandma. We are a WORKING FARM You will see and hear all the farm sounds! You can pet the goats . You never know their might even be baby goat to hold and bottle feed. There are chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, quail and turkeys galore. We now have Peacocks!!! We also have 4 BIG PIG that love ear scratches. We offer farm tours!!! There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they bark lots at night... We are a REAL WORKING FARM. You can join in on morning feeding or collet eggs. You can watch or help with morning milking! If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!! You can pitch you tent in the pine forest or in the open area next to the ponds! We make and sell homemade cheeses. Please check out our Farm Store ! We are conveniently located off of I-10 and hwy 231. We have numerus Florida State Parks within minutes of our location! Please DO NOT take Sapp Rd or Admiral Rd they do not go to the farm.

Also we are super excited we will be adding new sites and glamping tents this year, we will have a 5th wheel that can be rented on a beautiful private site. We will be adding a tree house too! Also this year there will be golf carts to rent to ride all our trails. Hope to see you this year!! ****BATHROOMS, SHOWER AND LAUNDRY NOW OPEN*** 100 Beautiful acres, over 5 miles of walking/golf cart trails, whether you considered stopping for a night or staying longer HCF loves our guest. Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting.
